Clean rooms, nice outdoor area and nearby park.

False advertising. Pictures showed the water slide park but it was not included. My search specifically was for a hotel with pool and it didn’t have a pool. It was also far from downtown with no close transit access so we had to ride share everywhere.

Close to Airport and shopping centre and beach.

We arrived later that night from the airport. And was ready to sleep. The weather is so humid. The AC is not working and the phone is not working. So I have to walk all the way to the front desk to report the problem. I just wish they would check the room first if everything is working before checking in a guest.

We chose the resort due to the proximity to the airport and our early flight the next day.The hotel proved itself as an excellent choice!The rooms were very large compared to the average Singapore hotel room size and clean.The Downtown East mall is a 3 minute walk away with an abundant choice of food, and Pasir park connects to the hotelvia a private gate. Too bad we didn't have enough time for the Wild Wild Wet water park.

Our family stayed in two rooms, a double room and a quadruple room.The windows of the quadruple room faced the resort picnic area.It was quite noisy late at night.

The price was reasonable and the location was quite good, especially with a shopping mall right next to the hotel.

However, the room facilities were disappointing. Even after turning on the hot water switch, the shower still only produced cold water. Additionally, the USB port on the wall was loose, making it difficult to charge devices properly. These issues significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The price was high. An airport shuttle would be nice.

Non-smoking facility, but room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke, but staff was helpful in getting us a different room.

It is very close to Wild wild wet and BBQ pits.

4 pax room only 1 extra pillow allowed

Very comfortable bed, we slept like a baby. The room was cleaned and cozy. The office was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much from my family!

The family room with bunk bed was very comfortable and my kids loved the complimentary “treasure hunt” and teddy bears! It is very close to a mall and water park

The complimentary coffee, hot/cold water, fast wifi connection, environment.

Curtains are short on the sides, lights creeping into from outside hiitting eyes when I am in bed, no bidet.

Nice size room. Close to the mall and the airport. Taxi available in 6 minutes.

No restaurant on the site.

Great couple of days, clean and quiet and friendly staff.

The location is amazing if you have children.There is a waterpark attached to the hotel, plus a mall.-There is a park too behind the hotel with kids play areas and you can also rent bicycles to go cycling.-The staff was kind too.

We didn't sleep well as the beds were too firm for our family, and the many locals who were using outdoor BBQ facilities were noisy with music well past midnight. We would have liked a quieter place to stay.The room had lots of empty cupboard space. Not many room amenities provided for international travellers like us.

Loud noise until 1 am in the aback yard even if our room is on the second floor.
