The Westin Singapore Hotel

The location near Chinatown and near the cruise terminal was ideal. Everything we wanted to visit was nearby. The room was large and had great views, and the bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and firm the way I like. The included breakfast was phenomenal. We would definitely stay again.

cook & Brew was a bit disappointing

The breakfast were excellent. Mohamed Yusoff, Chief Conciergewas excellent helpful in accessing a shuttle to the airport. In fact every employee we came in contact with were extremely helpful.

This was a very nice property close to everything in Singapore! The rooms are beautifully spacious and impeccably clean like the rest of the hotel. The pool has a fantastic view and the gym is extremely well equipped. The breakfast buffet is top notch!

These are very very minor things but the music played at the pool is a bit loud and an obnoxious mix. A more classy lounge music should be selected to match the style of hotel. There is an extremely strong fragrance constantly sprayed in the lobby making it difficult to be in that area. If it weren’t so strong we would have spent time in the bar lounge but it was unbearable.

Very good pool, gym, and club area. The room is very good as well.

Hard to control the AC in the room. If it is turned on, it quickly becomes too cold. Otherwise, too hot. Ended up switching it all the time.

Views, clean, good amenities, spacious rooms

They needed more chg rooms/bathrooms for the pool area. The bathroomfor the pool was in the spa and it was only 1 bathroom.

When I got to the room there was a bottle of water next to coffee facilities and a tin of biscuits. They weren’t in the mini bar, and i tend not to touch mini bars as they are too expensive so I took it as these two items were sitting next to the coffee maker , that they were complimentary? So I drank and ate them.. only to find at checkout I was charged 28 SGD for them? A bit much as there was no indication that these were not complimentary….

All four of us made the most of the breakfast. The variety of dishes would meet any guest’s requirements. The omelettes were wonderful. My husband dictated the fillings which were made to his absolute satisfaction. I would have liked to have eggs Benedict, however the lox and cream cheese bagels fitted the bill. The staff seem to really enjoy their work and were very helpful. A special thanks to the staff member at the check-in desk. She made me feel very welcome.

Beautiful new hotel with amazing lobby and fantastic views of Sentosa and southern islands.Whenever I called for anything, phone operator picked up almost immediately and items were sent to the room very quickly.

Unlike other hotels they take a deposit amount out from credit card immediately and return you the excess after room charges deducted.No free parking on weekdays

Everything. The view and the fact that it was clean.

Couldn’t check in till about 5pm but Westin compensated with food credits.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a great view and luxurious bathroom, the infinity pool had a great view and the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

A bit off main area have to get a cab into main areas. Very quiet on weekend around there as it is in business district Too many lights on various equipment in the room at night ie. the air con light, the telephone, the tv etc

Overall room size incl lavish / well laid out bath rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast spread. Very courteous staff.

Wonderful location but service could be improved much

Housekeeping could be improved - wardrobe door was left ajar, and a used water bottle from previous guest was left in the bedside drawer. Some items were also not replenished.Despite informing on this being an anniversary stay, there were also no amentities offered (first time from a hotel; all other hotels provided cake, wine etc during our anniversary stays).

Great location, short walk to MBS and other attractions, nightlife etcGreat to have a mini gym in our room and even better there was a running guide available three mornings a week
