The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night

Self-check-in process was smooth and convenient. The property was very clean, and the bed and sheets were comfortable. The location was excellent - being close to nearby MRT stations and easy to access.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, as the check in was 1 story up and rooms were 2 stories up. The air conditioning was a bit strong, making the room quite cold. Additionally, climbing to the top bunk was difficult.

Policy for people shouting passed midnight in the corridors. Secondly toilets must be cleaned atleast every after 3 hours.

The noiseThe stairPeople keep chatting until 3am, the room right beside us keep opening and closing their room door. So we decided to move to a better place.

It is clean.

There was a Caucasian practicing his white privilege by putting his very heavy big backpack on top of my luggage, I complained about it put his backpack on the floor.. but the staff argued with me instead. I said the wheels of my luggage will break. The caucasian arrogantly argued that he is entitled to put his heavy backpack on top of my luggage despite I did not permit him to do so. The luggage is my property not theirs. It is a absurd that the staff even suggested I allow other strangers to put things on top of my luggage.

Location was great. Few minutes walk from the metro station. Lots of food choices around. 7/11 downstairs

The whole property was dirty! Especially the toilets. The hallway. The Fans are full of dust. The hallway is full of dust. There’s not even a small trash in the room. So if you have a trash you either put it inside your bag or go all the way to the Restroom.

Basic accomodation. Small room. Was the cheapest for a NYE in Singapore. Definitively There are better accomodations.

I liked everything in this hostel, the comfy beds, the diversity of the people, the location of the area which is near to every public transportations they have in Singapore, and especially the staffs which are very accommodating and easy to talk with, I'd like to commend the staff at the time namely Ms. Maricris for the exceptional service and doing beyond its job description!

Overall not a very clean place...It has old style bunk beds with no curtains, compared to pods in other singpaore hostels which have more privacy.The staff attitude is bad especaillay the Malay Muslim staff - do not even know how to talk to guests. The local staff was better especially a fat local guy who is nice.Bathrooms not very clean!

The staff receptionist was very rude while check in, I came from hectic overnight travel but there was no smile on her face and was treating me like i have to pay her something. Also, she also told me with rude face, check out time is too early 10 am? I was surprised.... Also the price is high

Cheap Price

The hostel is not upto mark.. It has old style dorm beds (with no curtains) - no privacy, and iron/wooden beds which shake (so safety issue for the upper level bed)....The hostel was not clean, the bath rooms were very dirty and there was no hair dryer etc. Even the staff does not seem to be good. There was a thin tall guy in the night who does not know how to talk with etiquettes (he is supposed to help the guests).Overall bad experience!

Well , the entrance is has bad smell when you enter from the gate . I got dorm with 6 beds was the room small and uncomfortable ? Especially, when someone starts to snoring during the night . There no elevators.

Lady in reception is so rude,does not sound like she is professional or customer service manner,I did stay more 4 times in this hostel the service and is great and reception guy service was awesome but my recent booking I ignore and just left the hostel immediately due to the lady attitude,which is so rude.?

The beds, pillows and blankets were amazing, as well as the air conditioner in the bedroom.

The bathroom could be cleaner, there were frequently hair around the floor and in the sink. The staff were poor communicative and the reception was kinda cold compared to the Southeast Asia countries we were before.
