Staff is friendly and the bathtub with big rooms

It's always fully book, thus late checkout is not possible.

Quietness.

No power outlet next to the bed. It is a bummer for guest like me who need to use their CPAP machine for sleeping. I had to move my head position to close to the TV area where the power outlet is available. Hotel staff tried to find power extension cord but there was none available.

I rented a car this time around. So the location was great because it splits the distance beween where my customers are located (CBD & Jurong area). I am a sailor myself, so it is always perfect to be next to a marina. I also love the non-stop operation of the support/supply vessels. The spacious room. The spacious bathroom.

I don't mind them, but little imperfections, the (strange/unidentified) smell while walking the corridor to reach the room, the worn wooden floor of the room, which is explained by the fact that it was situated right next to the pool.

We only had breakfast on one of the 4 days we were at this property. It was good value for money; you can opt for a la carte instead of the full breakfast which is S$20 ++.

We expected plates, cutlery and a washing machine in what was called an apartment suite. While the lodgings were spacious, we had expected more facilities in the kitchen. Instead, there was only a microwave oven and a few cups and a kettle. TV reception in the bedroom was not good. Complimentary water was provided only on the first day.However, the staff at reception and in the restaurants were friendly and efficient and food prices are reasonable. West Coast Park next door has walking trails.

A spacious room and great value for money at a time when Singapore hotel rooms have been getting pricier and smaller. While so many Singapore rooms have become chilly, windowless cells, my room at the RSYC looked over the pool and yacht basin. The location was not central, but it was easily accessed by public transport or taxi. Bus was better than MRT, although the property does have a scheduled shuttle to a nearby MRT station. It was very convenient to the National University of Singapore. The staff were always helpful.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was useful, and the toilet was clean. The place is ideal for a relaxing staycation and unwinding, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The staff in their restaurant at the groundfloor wasn’t that accommodating and welcoming. But we still appreciate their food and service.

The club atmosphere. Away from the tourist drag. Spacious. Good value

Shuttle to station could be more frequent

Great facilities and location, but booked with the impression that there is a bathtub when there is not. Staff did change rooms for us when we feedback, claiming that it is an upgrade.

Comfortable

Clean and large room. Nice view of the boat yard.

No porters to carry the luggage. We had to carry our bags to the room.No MRT nearby.No shops or restaurants nearby.

Location was perfect for my needs. Nice by the water.

Great facility, lovely bathroom and bedroom clean and tidy, super friendly and helpful.

Window in room was locked unable to open.

The place is quite peaceful by the Yacht marina and well priced. It is a little off the beaten track and so requires a taxi to get anywhere (although there is a free hourly shuttle to MRT). So when comparing prices you should factor in a couple of taxi rides a day to and from town (additional $40).

It is right next to the shuttle terminal regularly taking crew to/from the ships. They have noisy diesel engines and their captains do not respect the no wake zone, generally using full throttle all the time.

Restaurants are good. Staff are very helpful and friendly

It is a little off the beaten track so be prepard to spend a little extra on taxis to/from the city

Everybody was gentle and kind, facilities were spot clean and easy to like. Place had 2 restaurants, gym, tennis field, pool etc…

Location wasn’t exceptional because it was far from everything and a little isolated but it’s also a yacht club so it has to be close to a dock/port

Very relaxing, quiet. I travelled solo yet I enjoyed the chill vibe.

Room inclusion has bath tub, but in actual no bath tub.

The older staff are so crazy rude.Rooms are non-smoking but all you can smell is smoke from hallway and other rooms.
