Location near orchard road is great

Fully furnished apartment with washing machine. Location was very good.

Property in the center of Orchard Road which is easy to reach and go anywhere, with split bedroom from the living room and kitchen in the executive suite, good routine cleaning, friendly and very helpful room maid & housekeeping staff which is fast response when the guests need something.
- The air vent in the bathroom is very loud because it was a corner room which is directly on the main road. - Excessive amount of deposit upon check-in.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and the staff is friendly. The appliances are good. Location is wonderful. Gym is ok, good air conditioning.
The facilities and building are old and in very poor maintenance, pool area is sad and terrible, there is no use. The furniture is also old and weared. The reception is small and tight.

The facilities are quite dated and could do with an update. There are also steps leading into the apartment which based from other reviews seemed to bother some but we didn't see this as a huge issue.

The apartments are right on Orchard, so convenient for shopping and transport. Somerset MRT is nearby. Lots of eateries adjacent to apartment. Very helpful reception staff.WIFI speed was good for our needs. Good front door security 24/7. Our room was serviced on alternate days. The room was very clean. We look forward to staying here again.

Not a pleasant trip
Housekeeping only 3 days a week but they still try to cut corner, skip mopping. Interior is outdated. Wardrobes and cabinets are bloated with water

The nightclubs playing music all night long and the prostitutes.
