Cleanliness could be better. The breakfast was terrible.

Very good location to Orchard Singapore area. Rooms were spacious compared to average Singapore rooms.

Notice wrong with room. Other than maybe some more storage space/utensils for cleaning.

Clean, close to MRT and connected to the local mall which is awesome. Staff very supportive and room was very clean.

Room was a little crammed but not too bad.

Location is great, links through to Paragon onto Orchard road.

We didn't realise that the bathroom/toilet was somewhat see-through from the bedroom. Whilst this may be great for 'some' couples, it may not be great for families and or friends/colleagues travelling together.

Great location, very clean and great for families. Staff were also very attentive. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite when we arrived which was a nice bonus. The mini kitchen was very useful as I am travelling with a toddler. We also loved the swimming pool.

It would be great if the kitchen had a microwave. I was also having some issues with the dryer function in the washing machine as the water kept pooling inside.

Great location. All the staff we met were very helpful. Close to shopping, MRT, restaurants and grocery.

The washer dryer took a long time to finish. We just came from an 18 day cruise and we had to do laundry. Also the AC is a bit loud so we just turned it off.

This is my second time to stay at Ascott. Feels like having your own home in Singapore. Housekeeping was excellent. I would always come back to a bed with nice crisp sheets. Plenty of restaurants at the Paragon mall that’s connected to the Ascott. Supermarket is also close by.

Didn’t get any freebies this time upon check in. Is it because I used a 3rd party website? I noticed the difference in attitude of the front desk personnel upon checking me in. I just came from Ascott Bonifacio Global City in the Philippines before coming to Singapore.

Centrally located on Orchard Road, with a very easy access to Paragon Mall. But at the same time the location is also peaceful with the main entrance away from the busy road. The space of the apartment was also very comfortable. The staff were amazing - we had forgotten the medicines in the refrigerator and only realized after we left Singapore. The staff ensured that the medicines were stored safely until we arranged a friend to pick it from the property. Super helpful and excellent coordination.

The space are really nice. Modern design. It check almost what we need, washing machine, kitchen with stove, two bedroom and two bath.

The kitchen appliances need an update. I wish it had a toaster

Staff - the staff was really accommodating. We apparently booked the wrong room as the room has no washer/dryer. Asked the staff for an upgrade and it was kind of cheap to upgrade and we got a room twice the size of our original one plus the washer/dryer needed.Location - this is just 5 mins walk from the MRT and bus stops which is really good. The expressway is also accessible. There is a bridge (more like a small maze) to Paragon mall - so if you like luxury stuff, that's a good shortcut. But, that bridge is also a good shortcut to the malls on Orchard station side (Takashimaya, ION)

Booking.com listing - I originally thought that the room we booked has washing machine but seems that this depends on the room you booked.Housekeeping - this will take time. Even though you asked for someone to makeup room, it will still take time to be cleaned.

I liked the tidiness and location

The AC was too too loud in the room, I complained but nothing changed, considered small for an apartment

Great room, fantastic quiet pool, no frills check-in. The beds are very comfortable as well. Location is good, easy access to express bus routes from Orchard.

It took a while for hot water to come out of the shower head but that could have been related to some construction going on. On day 1 I took a cold shower. Minor detail: the air-conditioner is quite loud.

The location is superb and the air conditioning is very good! It makes my sleep even better

The physical of amenities especially bathroom towel should be changed, some of it are torn on the edge.

Location was awesome and the place was so clean and new and had a wonderful smell. Was like a little apartment. I had a washer dryer combo was amazing!!

The executive studio was very very small compared to money value I paid No water bottles provided There was a small pantry but is was missing some essentials like plates or bowers

Property is excellently located with access via a carpark to the Paragon shopping center with supermarket and many food outlets. Room is very well appointed, spacious and comfortable with excellent quality bedding and with thoughtful additions. When there was an equipment failure in my room the staff were highly responsive and replaced my refrigerator within 24 hours. They were happy to relay food deliveries, store my luggage for a month between stays, and provided lots of helpful information. Will definitely be returning, again and again.

I would have appreciated a toaster in the room (in addition to the Nescafe machine, water boiler and kettle. Also a slightly smaller saucepan and a bread knife.
