Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I like the fact that it's close to MRT and food mall. The roof top pool was nice and view of the Marina Sand and the Wheel. We got to store our luggage before and after and she offered for us to use the pool after checking out.

The room was on the small side for 2 people and no toiletries but it was good enough for after cruise visit for a few days.after cruise visit

Room and washroom size was very small, breakfast was good, location was ok also

I like this Hotel even though it’s my first time staying there. The Room Attendant was very helpful and friendly, she had arranged our room with care and we appreciated much. The location is very nice and easy for us to stay there.

Very nice location and close to shopping area too. The vending machines are great for late Snack.

Hotel location is very accessible to train station. A lot of nearby food store. Not very far from Marina Bay Sands.

Like from previous review about this property, the smell of the room. It was unpleasant. I don’t if this cause by Singapore weather in January season. Staff is not smiling, and I’m used to be always welcoming approachable.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to a hawker market. The rooms were smallish, but acceptable given the location. Really nice pool and facilities like laundry.

Great facilities, comfy bed. The pool deck on the roof is fantastic.

The down town location was with in easy access to the MRT so traviling aroundvwas easy .The buffet breakfast was standard buffet in a cosy cafe .Staff were very accomadating.

Dirty carpet, mould on the wall , very strong bad smell will hit you as soon you walk the room, we booked a room for 4 ppl , room is very tiny with 3 beds , you can’t even move,Room has no opening window for fresh air.

I dislike the fact of price changes for an existing customer or room occupants who intends to extend her stay.Sometimes the customer wants to be sure of value for money so they don't pay all at once.But once they enjoy the place and want to extend their stay, the existing customer should be considered in the pricing strategy.Thank you for asking.This is why I left Hotel Traveltine.Nonetheless, you are doing great. What a present stay.

The room are too small for 3 person's stay, not cozy at all. I have 3 individual but given a queen size beded and a sofa bed??? Confusion during check-in. Overall me and my friends aren't comfortable at all. The room space is the worst to squeeze 3 of us in it.. not cozy at all! Any compensation?

The property is good but a bit older. Had a problem with humidity smell, but staff changed me to a better room.

We stayed 2 nights, very enjoyable. Room was comfortable, great air conditioning & shower. Room was serviced daily. Good location, WiFi & close access to an MRT train station (Nicoll Highway - Orange line). Singapore has an outstanding underground train network. eg. Easy access to the outstanding Gardens by the Bay attraction.

The staff is very friendly. The golden mile food center, great!!!!!

The room was dated and there were blood stains on the floor. The blankets were stained and the hotel itself was rundown. Food was extremely expensive, when there is a very affordable food center right next store.

Location - Closer to National Stadium . Decent locality. Subway access. Bottled drinking water provided everyday. Room was neat.

The entire reception experience, both at arrival and departure, felt cold and purely transactional. Upon reaching the desk, we received no welcoming greeting—no smile or 'hello'—just an immediate request for documentation ('passports please') and payment ('Card or cash') before receiving the keys. The lack of standard hospitality in these interactions is unlike any hotel experience I've had in other countries. Restaurant timings.

The room was ok, neat and tidy

The service at reception needs improvement. There should always be at least one lift available for hotel guests who are not part of a large tour group. Upon arrival, having to wait for an empty lift after a long flight was frustrating, especially since the bar was closed and there was no place to relax with a drink. Furthermore, no staff member offered an apology, which came across as rude. The next day, the bartender spoke so quietly that guests struggled to hear them. As a hotel receptionist myself, I believe in providing the best possible service and making every guest feel welcome. Unfortunately, the staff here showed little enthusiasm or pride in their work, apart from the cleaning staff, who were wonderful

The location near the Metro stop for Nicholl Highway was ideal. We were able to easily get around as a result - we could even walk to little India, and there was a food court across the street. The soundproofing was good. I did not hear a single neighbor or outside noise.

The staff could have been a tad friendlier. The shower could have been cleaner. The beds were, for me, too hard and the pillows too soft.

Before I left the hotel I found under the pillow bedbugs and smell at rooms was so old

Good location, near MRT, I was staying in this hotel for F1 event and the hotel was really close to the Gate 1.
