    • Great location along Riverview with a nice little pool and sundeck. South facing giving lots of sun. Not a fancy place but comfortable bed. OK buffet breakfast which really makes it convenient and great value. Walk to MTR.

    Cons -

    • The front desk ladies are all friendly but the management is very unprofessional. We booked 2 months in advanced in order to lock down the price. When we checked it, the manager refused to honor it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Cockroaches on bed!!
    • Occasional surrounding noise from the activities/ restaraunt on the ground level, as rooms were on the second level directly above.
    • The pool had maintenance works going on while we were using it and the powder went to us when they were drilling

Booking.com have lost a customer who travels continuously.

This hotel is at best a hostel, not even suitable for back packers. On entering the hostel, one is faced with a fridge 'chained' which is the only refreshment available at the Robertson Quay. It is not a location for someone on business, has no usable desk, the bathroom had mould, the room filthy. The gym is a serious health hazard and will result in injury. I checked out and moved to another hotel after the second night, having booked for x 6. I have written to the management and it is no surprise that there was no reply and would recommend that Booking.com ask for a copy and ensure that properties are safe.

    The location was perfect

The bed was abit uncomfortable, the space was tiny, the TV only shows local channels.

To be frank, I’m a simple person who is low maintenance, so overall my 2-night stay went well. I read the reviews and packed my own towel, slippers and toiletries. No issues with my neighbouring rooms being noisy, I slept well.

Room was a little tight, especially the bathroom. But overall wasn’t too bothered by it.

I arrived at Robertson Quay Hotel at 1 AM, only to be told at the counter that my room was unavailable, despite having received confirmation of my booking weeks in advance. They could have informed me earlier, allowing me to make alternative arrangements, but I only learned of this issue upon my late arrival. Imagine how exhausted and frustrated I was. To make matters worse, they arranged for me to stay at a hotel in Sentosa, which was far from my conference the next day. This was completely unacceptable. When I requested a refund, it was rudely denied with no empathy or consideration. it leave me no choice but to lodge official complaint to Singapore tourism Board.

    location is very good.

found dirty towel under my bed. cleaners ripped my suit case cover. bed is fairly uncomfortable and rooms are the smallest you will find anywhere in the world

Staff was nice, recommended a few places to visit nearby, we were surprised at first about how dim the hotel lightings were, generally rooms are ok for the price we have paid

The hotel has got to renovate the rooms

Very dated .. no amenities poorly maintained ..

They gave us a high floor, the view when you opened your curtains was gorgeous.

The bed was too hard and pillow was really soft.Walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours playing music in the middle of the night or coughing, finally the walkway smelt of smoke.

    Location

Rooms are very small, no room service or anything at hotel. They’ve shampoo and body wash dispenser in the bathroom, apparatus it’s same lol.

The location is pretty good and the pool is fun.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos, and it was very disappointing to be mislead by this especially given the price. We had a standard triple, and the single bed was much narrower than a normal single bed, it was more like a camp bed. There was no room to put our bags. The thermostat on the air conditioner didn't work, so we had to turn it off and sweat it out instead of freezing (as there were no real blankets) - but the AC still made a terrible noise even when off making it hard to sleep. The shower was luke-warm at best, the toilet didn't flush properly, the elevator sometimes played up, and the internet was patchy. The staff would not accept my travel card for payment (mastercard), they didn't even try, despite it being fine at every other tiny corner shop I've visited for the past week. The 'Fitness centre' is some old gym machines on a patch of astroturf on the roof. There was no sign of the 'Room service'. The pool was cool though. The place could be considered to have a 'faded glory' charm, but the listing needs to be more realistic.
