Orchard Grand Court

The location was great! Wonderful breakfast, although we went out most of the time. Spacious room for a family of three. Wonderful view from the room.

The hotel desk staffs could be more friendly. When I asked to switch to a single room for additional two days after my family left (and after 14 days of stay), I wasn't given correct information and had to make bookings elsewhere.

very convinient...with grocery store in the same building and very near to a mall and MRT.

Room including cooking and washing utilities

Some of the food was quite average and the coffee and tea was poor

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Everything From the location through the spacious room with kitchen and washing machine, the nice stuff that were very friendly and very service oriented

The breakfast could be betterBut when I ask for more healthy food like broccoli, etc. the stuff actually made it for me!!!

The location was perfect for basic services access especially shopping

The house keeping not being done during weekends especially Saturdays

The food is tasty, well-presented, and offers a good variety. The porridge is always delicious.

Provide sanitized napkins for the gym.

Nice selection and friendly staff. We ate six breakfasts there. For an included breakfast it was very good. They do a very good bread pudding on occasion. The restaurant is clean and bright.

Convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean and nice staff

The couches in the suites are very small and uncomfortable. The washer and dryer is one unit and takes forever to wash and dry and really doesn’t dry very well. We had to take our clothes out and hang them up to finish drying. .

Apartment was very nice, staff was great and breakfast was much better than what we get in the states.

It was clean, the staff were helpful and the general standards were high. Amazing location and really good value for money.

The variety of food for breakfast were too repetitive. Expecially since breakfast is part of the hotel charges. There could have been more variation without changing the number of dishes, which is more than enough. I missed "you tiao" with the porridge, for example. The Western section, in particular, could have more variety day by day. It was always the same. Only the Singaporean breakfast changed.

The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. It included a laundry machine and a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, induction hob, and all the necessary utensils and appliances. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel is just a 5–10 minute walk from the MTR and bus stations, making it easy to reach any part of Singapore. On the ground floor of the building, there is a budget-friendly supermarket that offers fresh and tasty sushi. Breakfast was good and varied, with a strong emphasis on Chinese cuisine. There are also many different restaurants located nearby. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Convenient to metro; great breakfast plus lots of eateries in area. Washer/dryer was convenient plus staff came in to change linens

Loved location, quiet,, short walk to Orchard Road shops, own comprehensive supermarket next door, good kitchen facilities, excellent breakfast, lovely hot water in strong shower, all staff very helpful

Bed a bit hard, a soft topper would be nice

The location is perfect and the 1 bedroom layout with a small kitchen and a washer/dryer was perfect for keeping our Kay dry under control in hot humid Singapore

We did t try the restaurant so I can’t comment on that. I really have nothing bad to say.

Rooms were comfortable, modern and very clean. Rooms were very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast each morning. Only minor complaint was the temperature in the restaurant was always too cold. The concierge gentleman at the front entrance was an absolute delight.

The tea cups in the room were useless. Including a couple of nice mugs would be a benefit

Location was exceptional in the Orchard Road area - close to cafes, shops and to the MRT.Room was exceptional and quiet and we even had a tree with greenery outside our window. Bed, linen, pillows were comfortable and the cleaning of the room each day was great. Breakfast was included and it was fabulous with a good selection of Western and Asian cuisine. There is a supermarket under the building. Very handyAll staff were courteous, and helpful

Maybe bottled water could have been provided for the first night

The location and supermarket available 24/7. Also kitchen and laudry machine.

The location was exceptional short walk to everything I needed, staff were friendly and helpful and every morning when I passed them in the hall I would be greeted with a smile and a genuine hello.

Location was fabulous. Was good to have a supermarket onsite.

Only issue was the washing machine dryer combination. Was difficult to find the correct program and It took hours to finish a load and shrinkage of a few clothes were evident
