It's in the middle of everything and there's so much to do in the area

the room was really small -- photos do not do it justice and made it appear bigger than it actually was

I had the do not disturb sign on the doorAnd aStaff came in the room and shut the door as soon as they saw me

The location is very convenient. Very near MRT stations and bus stops. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Most of all, the staff were very warm and accommodating. Special mention to the front desk staff, Nash who helped us with everything that needed during our stay.

That the room was too small and also they don’t have a cleaning service The breakfast was not good and they didn’t have different varieties of food

The Bed was good. Firm & comfortable. Water pressure for shower is good.

Room was v small. Good for couple with carry on luggages. The entire flooring toilet/shower room will be wet, after a shower.WiFi is weak and inconsistent. Signal drop constantly. It happened even at 2am, when we are working. It is an insecure wifi.

Location is good, near most attractions, MRT Buses are very convenient nearby; a few convenient stories and street food centers are just one or two blocks away.

The room is so small and not even space for luggages, literally it fits only one bed wall to wall!

Very nice place, room for one person is more than enough.The place close to MRT and bus station. The famous toast box and Ya kun are just less than 5mins away .The staffs are very friendly and nice. When I have any questions send them an email they will respond right away. It was a trip on my birthday, they even gave me a card and gift that made my day feel special. Truly blessed and appreciated.Highly recommend lyf Bugis!

Great location, though the room is small, it has everything you need and it is clean.

If you travel with big size luggage then will have difficulty to place it in the room

1- No clothing closet 2- Very limited breakfast options 3- Difficult to find check in desk (you need to go to level 1 then ho down stairs to check in), Taxis will drop you at level 24- Old furniture 5- Center is 20 minutes by car and Sentosa 25 min by car6- weak internet when crowded

the location was very good and right in the city. there were MRT stations within walking distance and there is a mall nearby too. i was very happy with the location.

the Drop off point was at level 2 and the lobby is at level one, this caused some confusion initially when we are checking into the hotel.

It was friendly, really well organised, clearn, well located and had a gym

The atmosphere at night is very lively and jazzy, which makes the place feel energetic and fun.The Bond area on the 2nd floor was decent — a nice spot to relax, though not the highlight.

My room felt a bit small and confined, which made it less comfortable.The toilet was somewhat dirty, and water tended to spill out after showering.There was a carpet smell in the alley, which was a bit unpleasant.The iron was shared in the corridor, which was slightly inconvenient.

It's really near to MRT barcoolen,Also not far from bugis street just walk around 5min-7min. The facility was indeed good. This is my second time staying at lyf when come SIN. Next visit will definitely staying here too either funan or bugis.

Affordable room, situated in a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and practical. Smart tv available with screen mirroring functionality.

Only fault with the hotel would be the room service. The staff cleaned out the garbage and replaced fresh towels, but my bedsheet was removed and “folded” clumsily and placed on the bed. Not a major issue - but did feel a bit off.

Good location lot of things to do near by and easy to transport to anywhere else! Rooms are small but for solo traveler it’s perfect size! I also appreciated being able to do my own laundry after previous travelers and the laundry detergent is in the machine itself so didn’t need to worry about bringing any or buying some. I didn’t use the kitchen but I did see quite a few people there. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well!
