- When checkin staff tell us our room have promotions for free breakfast (two bugger)will send to our room nextday . But at the next day until 12++,haven't received yet. We call reception, they say 1pm.but the end we check out at 1.30 also haven't received
- Room did not match my expectation! I made a reservation for a queen room thinking queen implied queen size bed but that is not hotel definition I would still choose hotel based on location knowing I would not get what I think is stated!
