It did feel little bit hidden and there is a paper on the door saying they are closed but if you ring the door bell they will let you in. The way these pods are built is more sturdy then the plastic capsule made in China, so u don't feel much movement

The bathroom was far walk and I did not get a towel plus no shampoo in the shower Plus removing shoes is hassle and being in toilet without slippers but I see their point too,floors would be much more dirty if we all left our shoes on

Close to attractions. Close to the bus stop. Comfy, clean

The male staff does not understand me haha but it’s ok. The female staff in the morning is good.

The indian receptionist was amazing. Very helpful, with a welcoming attitude. The beds were also ok

After a very long journey from Kuala Lumpur when I arrived today I was told that no beds are available even though it was showing 4 beds availability in Mixed dorm on booking.com. when I asked if I can book online, the reception guy said "I'll cancel and refund". As per his system (so he claimed) he had bed in only female dorms. I asked if he could request a female guest from mix dorm to move to female dorm, he suddenly got all aggressive and started demanding extra $15 to accommodate female guest in females dorm. I mean all he had to do was reserve a bed in female dorm, request to female guest (if they want to move to female dorm) and accommodate me in mixed dorm under reservation of moving guest.

Good bed. Excellent locker system. Location excellent.

Not enough staff. When 'free' coffee ran out in the morning, nobody was there to resupply. Wifi inconsistent around the hostel and through the day. Showers OK, not great. Photo is the kitchen trash in the morning. Nobody to empty it.

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The toilets and bathrooms were also quite clean. We stayed in the girls’ dorm, and I can say it was good in terms of price and performance.

The hostel was little far from the city center, and I didn’t really like the location.

Warm cozy place for those seeking new friends. Opportunity to explore our Asian cuisine from food centers nearby when it comes to dining. Clean rooms and helpful staff who make us feel at home although place is located further from the city in Singapore. Convenience for commuting to other parts of Singapore as the bus stop is located nearby.

Few levels of climbing up the stairs to climb to get to our rooms. Good for exercises however for our feet.

No breakfast except packets of coffee or tea and facilities to make your own drinks. Plenty of food at stalls within vicinity offering yummy food run by families of many generations

Cleaning of toilets could be done during earlier hours by employing seniors. Other hostels do a great job like this to keep place tidy at all times.

Warm and cosy place to meet young backpackers from all over the world.Lots of fresh air to breathe in as near to sports stadium for well being One exercise corner for gym lovers staying in to the hostel

Coffee and tea bags provided. Could offer some snacks for a light bite

Here is nice and clean .i feel confortable staying here.have smoking area ,free drink and have small gym

For people who stay for more days, I request you to change bed sheets and blankets for at least two to three days.I stayed for 5 days, my bed sheet wasn't changed even once

No good thoughts.

Dirty place, bed as well as bathroom. which is on a different floor and accesible by some back building stairs. bad smell all over the property as there are shoes everywhere . The person at the reception very rude and not very helpful. just took the payment and gave the key he does not even look at you only, you complete this information done, your key,

The staff, Mickey mouse on the reception and the only male in the cleaning crew think themselves for owners of the place, and their behavior is awful!!!

There was an old woman not sure if she was staying in the property because she was sleeping on the couch in the reception at 3:00 am when I arrived and also on the next day. She was also shouting with some other woman about which free bed to sleep in. I felt a little bit uncomfortable.

The bed was spacious, kitchen facilities. 10 minute walk to the train

It was very small and the beds on the upper lever were super high to climb too. The locker wasn’t brilliant as only just managed to fit my bag in, the bathroom was ok, could have been cleaner. Not much of outside space to sit. Would recommend staying in the female dorm if you are female

Not too big

Loads of people who never stay in hostels using it as a temporary accommodation because its cheap in singapore, so i had a lot of people just being really ignorant and noisy at ridiculous times…

I could only enter when the guests came back. The corridor was full of shoes. There was actually one staff member. The air conditioning in the room was extremely cold. The bathroom was dirty and messy, unlike Singapore.

absolute best hostel i've stayed at in singapore. excellent cleanliness. large windows in the dorm room with amazing light. dorm rooms are very spacious. gorgeous patio, and the kitchen area looks like a cute Cafe !! Strong WiFi on all levels. lockers in the rooms, easy check in process. my bed was also comfortable! left my luggage in the reception area since i was only staying a couple nights. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

if i had to really dig to find something to complain about it would be that there wasn't enough space in the frigerator and 2 stairs to reach the reception & another staircase to reach my room. the sheets were stained but i know it was cleaned. stains don't bother me and all small issues however
