SOFITEL SINGAPORE SENTOSA

We had issue with bed bugs, we got bitten by it and me my husband and our daughter had lot of rashes bcos of that. We spoke to the staff they said they will do what they can but havent heard back from them. We took heavy medication bcos of the rashes.

Booked with resort only because interconnecting rooms was promised, phoned and confirmed with resort prior to travel.Arrived and no interconnecting rooms available, we had 3 kids and no solution offered.Disgraceful.

Sofitel is supposed to be a five star luxurious hotel. But this one, very dated. Furniture broken. Cupboards old. Toilet small. Maybe its luxurious during the 90s. But in 2025, its hardly any good. Time for a face-lift seriously.

Beautiful place

Extras are extremely expensive, far away from activities. On two occasions , we have asked the concierge for advice and both times, the information was very vague

All the staff there were so welcoming and friendly.The free shuttle bus was helpful. Although you'll need to get a different bus back if you're not at Vivo City. But the local buses are free.

We loved our stay so much. The staff were so lovely, the amenities were great and the food was amazing. It was a little difficult to get from place to place but we navigated this. Little disappointing that the shuttle dropped off at universal but wouldn’t pick up customers

Only the outside of the hotel was nice

Inside the villa, it was so dirty. The furniture was scratched. The bed headboard was peeling off.The pool had green mould in the grout of the pool tiles. The villa doors n windows were very loose n not at all good. The curtains had stains on them. The table lamps cover was dirty with stains on it. We changed the villa to room they didn't give us any refund n the service at the hotel was so bad. The phones were not working properly, we kept on calling for even saying a single thing

I love the peaceful and quiet atmoshere. The rooms are clean and resort staff were friendly. Staff at the restaurants are approachable and friendly too. I would find it even better if there is a small convenience store in the resort. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The check in was very poorly handled and took almost an hour with the line as long as 15 pax.....unbecoming of a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful surroundings with lovely birds chirping away. My family and I were happy to be greeted by a peacock in the morning. Free shuttle bus every 15 minutes or so to Vivocity shopping mall.

The carpark area is a bit too dim, should install a few more lamp posts.

The hotel has a convenient location, attentive staff, and excellently planned transportation.The breakfast is excellent, with a well-thought-out menu in the main restaurant from breakfast to lunch. There is also an option for a light snack.

The main downside is the inconvenient room layout—there is no direct access from the master room to the bedroom. Everything else was as expected.The secondary (Italian) restaurant needs a instruct the manager, as menu items are missing, and the quality is lacking.There are no spa treatments available on-site; neighboring spas are recommended.

Travelled during Chinese new year celebrations. Bad idea. The hotel was filled with rude, arrogant, and pushy international tourists celebrating the new year. Property was a little aged.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for our family, the resort felt very relaxing, it was easy to get to.

Room could have been slightly cleaner and a better selection on the bar/room service menu.

5 start otel? Nooo, maksimum 2 start, works are soo rude and uneducated! Miss information about check in/ out, treat

Workers!!! Food!!!

We liked to walk around the island and found the hotel centrally situated. We never had breakfast at the hotel as we discovered a patisserie close to the hotel which catered for our needs. The pool bar was great for a drink. Our room was comfortable but the hotel is tired. The pool bar/restaurant staff are friendly and attentive but check in staff a touch arrogant.

The pictures and room were falsely advertised as we discovered when checking in that there were few garden view rooms where you could sit outside in the evening. However we were dutifully given one, possible this picture should be removed from the webpage as it is misleading.
