Beautiful garden & pool area. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly & helpful staffs. Quieter area but not too far from Orchard rd. Great vibe!

5 night stay, excellent service, comfortable rooms, beautiful design of rooms and property, pool and garden. Breakfast at Kaya and staff there were great. Would stay again for sure.

Staff was great, during breakfast they were very attentive and made sure my wife's allergies were taken care if.

I book wrong bed - twin bed, but i travel alone... so i told receptionist to change to king bed for me but they could not :( so uncomfortable

Super Funky modern space and lovely rooms. Nice bedding and pillows! Pool was good size with a swim up bar! Walking distance to the shopping street. Had a shuttle bus to the centre ICON mall and transit esp helpful if you have bags to carry. Friendly staff (but some inexperienced/need training—unsure of how to help (I came down to ask for ice and young woman at the desk said “I have no idea how to get ice” so I said can you ask someone else? after a minute and she did but it was odd)

Just some staff lacking training—as above and also in restaurant. Everything else was fantastic.

They sell themselves as 5 starts hotel on booking.com and they are hardly 4 start , this is the real official grade just 4 stars official , but they scam people and sell themselves as 5 starts !!! BE CAREFUL. THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️⚠️. You pay pay for 5 starts hotel and get maybe a real 3 starts hotel with very small size rooms and extremely bad service!!! ‼️. The property is brand new and very clean. The bed is extra comfy and the pool is fantastic, good temperature and with a pool bar.

There's no closet space to unpack. It's ok if you are staying for one quick night, but otherwise there are only a couple hangers and no shelves/drawers to leave things.

The hotel was excellent! Rooms were super comfy and really loved the interior design of the space. The pool was a great place to hang out when you wanted to just relax. Staff were extremely friendly, funny and helpful and made every day a fun experience. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Honestly, nothing that we didn't like! Everything was perfect and it was a nice place for a good getaway. Only wish we had more days to spend here!

The hotel is mostly conveniently localted along other popular hotels. The room was also very clean

Form over function. The cool room design was more gimmicky then useful. The A/C was inconsistent and you'd be either too hot or too cold. Also, there's no gym, just an _outside_ area where you can work out.

I liked that it was new. Decent Storage under the bed.

Check in service was tight when everyone was checking in. No one offered to take the bags up.

To be honest the bar is my favorite! Make sure you order red coyote which is made of a good quality tequila.

I had bad allergies due to very dusty and unclean room , there was no gym in the facilities , the water was very hard to open but the main problem is that it was unclean

Grossly Incompetent front desk including the duty Manager. Cramped room for the price paid. Supposedly brand new property, yet saggy gross carpets in the hallways, cramped reception area. The property is far from being 5/4 stars. It is equivalent to a 3 star Ibis property. The gym is non existent. Overall thoroughly dissatisfied with the price paid given that this is a rubbish property compared to what is available nearby. Please consider other properties in the area.

The shower pressure was very good, but the water was hardly warm.

I really loved the hotel! The location was perfect – close to Orchard Road, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. It offered the best of both worlds. The service was excellent too. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back! ?

Food was fantastic. The staff were fabulous!! Especially Pang! We arrived at 7am (so obviously we didn’t expect our room to be ready) from our 17 hr flight and we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel while we walked around but Pang offered us a room to freshen up in before we went to sightsee and it was so thoughtful! The food at the restaurant was delicious and we couldn’t get over how beautiful our view was from our suite

The pool bar was lovely but my husbands drinks cost $40 for a rum and coke which felt overpriced. Also we booked a suite which was beautiful and large but the standard queen rooms were very small with a shower that had no partition so the whole bathroom and toilet paper got soaked. We loved our suite but the queen sized rooms were too tiny and the shower should have a partition
