Beautiful place and clean rooms. They were very nice. We were even lucky to check in early.

Newer hotel, good size rooms and beds, close to adequate mall (Zhongshan mall)

Great elevator service. Friendly restaurant staff. Hotel Employee at the concierge desk was very knowledgeable and helpful (some at the desk were less informed). My room maid Hotel Employee was great.

Breakfast too costly. Fitness room too small for size of hotel. The super-quiet elevators need a soft, pleasant sound signal to announce their arrival (and keep people like me from missing them). Expensive.

Work at resorts at Disney and they are just as good and clean so may go back next year

no cabinets for clothes in my room, only 4 hangers. I have to keep my clothes in my suitcase, what us very unpractical when Im staying for 9 nights. no iron in room.

First of all, the staff was invaluable!! I had hired a Grab ride through an app for the first time and thought it was being charged to my credit card. Instead, it was a Grab cash ride. I didn't have enough Singaporean dollars, and the driver didn't accept US dollars. The staff gave me the Singaporean dollars for our ride and just added the cost to our room bill. I had asked if we could store our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, ahead of time. They said yes. Yet, when we arrived, the hotel had our room ready for us early without any additional charge. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. A welcoming place for us to rest until we were ready to head out to explore Singapore. We loved the location as it was easy to catch a bus or train to the places we wanted to go. In addition, there were many restaurants, bakeries, and a small mall within walking distance of the hotel. It was quiet and felt very safe!

The staff helped extend the check out time and i am very grateful. Shuttle service was very on-time.

No shower cap provided. Breakfast is almost the same every day.

I stay at Aloft Novena every time that I am in Singapore for 1>3 nights because of it's optimal location, facilities and most importantly the excellent, friendly and professional staff. Whenever I request a particular room location, early check-in / check-out time or any other reasonable necessity the reservation and front desk team do their best to make it possible which makes one feel like a guest rather than a mere client. The rooms are well appointed, the gym is excellent and the breakfast supplied is outstanding. There is also a small mall virtually attached to the hotel that has restaurants and a supermarket for necessities. Being within walking distance of two MRT stations make it a perfect base for any time spent in Singapore. Highly recommended.

I like everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, clean environment including the hotel and the washrooms, wifi is great , the cleaning room service is also very good. Most of the things are great. It was my 3rd time staying at this hotel

I dont like the morning breakfast because it lose my appetite when I see same food everyday. And the check out time is 12 noon if it was passed we have to pay for it. And the check in time is 3 in the afternoon so if we came to the hotel by 1 O'clock we have to stay untill 3p.m. or we can book the room from the day before just to stay 2 hours. I hope they can charge us hourly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean, the breakfasts were amazing, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus to the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.

Nothing to complain about

Staff of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel consists of the two buildings, in the end we didn`t try out the SPA area, as it was in the other building. But the room was quite spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection for the food. Location was a bit further from the touristic centre, but there were several public transportation stops, so it was very easy commute.

Everything was good.

The facility and staff were very courteous. The buffet was good. The location is accessible via bus and mrt, but is very far from the main city, hence increases your travel time.

Rooms were very small and location was very far from main city. Good options for Indian food.

Aloft Novena is my "Go To" property whenever I am in Singapore for 2-3 nights. It has excellent location, room quality and comfort and professional, friendly staff. Support from the reservation desk is also very efficient and personal. I am always pleased to have stayed at Aloft Novena in Singapore

Staff were great - all very helpful and super friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast, and it had different options every day which kept it interesting.

Location is a bit far from the MRT - the shuttle bus works well but it finishes quite early (9:10pm) and has a gap in the middle of the day (3-5pm) which is a bit annoying.

Aloft Novena is my "Go To" property for 2-3 night stays in Singapore as it is close to my primary logistical necessities, MRT stations and has easy walking access to essential supplies. The rooms are comfortable, WiFi excellent and the breakfast selection is terrific. It also has a very nice gym and pool layout. The reception and lobby staff are attentive to personal needs and are reliably friendly. The West Wing of the property is especially comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended if the location works for you

Location, clean rooms and bathroom. Great breakfast spread. Zhongshan Mall next door. Bus stop right outside. Clean and enjoyable pool.

The hotel was very close to the Mt Elizabeth Novena hospital. We had a family member in the hospital so this was very important to us. The hotel staff was very helpful, solicitous even, and we truly appreciated their kindness.

The cleaning staff often asked us if we wanted extra towels, etc. at the very end of the day when we were returning to our room. We made the mistake of failing to indicate that we wanted the room to be cleaned (because we didn't realize how to do so, even though it's right on the door!)
