Amazing location and one of the cheaper solo rooms in singapore. Free laundry and convenient check in

Excellent location with plenty of restaurants in close proximity. There’s a mall/hawker eatery across the street with a variety of food options. It’s walking distance to Raffles Hotel and the shopping centre. The actual building is quite secure.

After tiring days of touring, I wish I could lift my legs up while having a glass of wine. Although there were chairs and a shelf like table to eat on, it wasn’t a very comfortable place to sit.

It was in a good location, no frills, exactly what i had asked for.I was able to store my luggage.Staff were punctual and responded to my messages in a timely manner

Because the rooms are all self contained, there is no "waiting area" or lobby including no toilets, hence when i had a bleeding nose, while there were no amenities such as a washroom, the staff member was rather unhelpful and dismissive despite me having blood on myself and on the floor. I thought that some empathy could have been forthcoming even though there was nowhere i could clean myself up.

Almost everything such as the location, comfort of the room was great!The room was clean and large.

Since there is no physical front desk and everything is done with a digital key, I am worried that if I accidentally leave my smartphone in my room and step outside, I might get locked out.

The location is perfect. The room is small, but it meets all my needs.

Mobile app check in process.The whole registration process was very unpleasant. First, in order to register and check in, you have to download their APP. And this is not registration that you can complete with one step only but more than two. You have to register then wait for their approval and then go back again to proceed. Comparing to face to face check in, this self process didn't same any of my time but consumed more.And their enter code to the main door is another hassle: it is changed every week but they didn't tell me in advance until i could not enter and asked them. Their explanation was that the code is one-time as mentioned in email. However, i had used it many times on Friday and Saturday. If it was one-time, shouldn't it be invalid after i used once? So, if you stay there crossing week, ask them for new code on Sunday in case you are locked out.And there is no lift, so if you are going to carry a heavy luggage, better avoid it.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the location is excellent. A special thank you to Mary Shaneen and Yani who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. They truly made my stay better. I definitely recommend this place!

Location was good. Apartment was small but had everything needed. Bathroom with shower and toilet, mirror, TV, desk, chair, bed, hairdryer, closet etc.

I wanted to find out the whole experience where everything is done digitally. From entering the premises, the room and checkout. When I arrived I forgot the entry code. I walked in with two other people. I forgot my room number. Inside there is a tablet where you can ask questions. Reply was fast. I got the room number and wifi code. The room has no windows as was said in the description. I came back from 7/11 where they sell travel adapters for SGD 60. I didn't buy one. When I came back I could not enter the room. Apparently those card readers on the door work with batteries. I went out for breakfast and when I came back they were still working on the door. I checked out.

Decent value for money and the room size was good. You also have the possibility to do the laundry which is great.

The mobile check-in process was quite a pain. Also, they might give you an early check-in but they tell you one hour earlier, as if you were waiting at their doorstep…

I had an amazing stay at Heritage Collection Hotel in Chinatown, Singapore. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes’ walk from the MRT, surrounded by great food and sights. Our unit was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: laundry detergent (with free washing machines by entrance A), great water pressure and temperature, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, towels, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, and tissues.Mary and the team (Shaneen & Yani) were exceptional, extremely helpful and accommodating. Because it was pouring outside, they arranged for me to get into my apartment earlier than check-in time, and kindly gave me a ground-floor unit so I didn’t have to carry luggage upstairs. Every detail was taken care of, making my stay effortless and comfortable. Highly recommend Heritage Collection Hotel Chinatown for anyone visiting Singapore!

Great to have digital check in. WhatsApp was easy to communicate and very timely. Having free laundry was also a plus.

very good location. Suited what I needed for my trip to SIngapore. Good for business trips and seeing the local sites as the hotel in in Chinatown. Mary and her staff were very friendly and helpful

the cleanliness was the best feature we liked about this hotel. actually this is my second stay at heritage collection apartment hotel. i really liked here last time so this time i brought my sister. she loved this tiny but comfy room. also the staffs were so nice. i needed some help through retrieving my digital key, and the staffs helped me very kindly through watsapp. i had no difficulty during my stay and we absolutely loved it here!

i dont have any complains!! but, the laundry was only available 10:00-22:00, which didnt match with our trip timeline, so we used nearest coin laundry instead.

After two weeks spent in Australia, I returned for three nights. Before it was a 9 nights stay. All three ladies were so helpful. They make the difference!Read my previous review to see what I think, no need to repeat. Thank you for keeping my luggage till 6 PM. This way i could enjoy my day in Singapore.

Still, the check in is too much, but not overwhelming. I am OK with it now, but would rather see it simpler.

The crew made a huge difference. That's why I rate the place as 10 inspire some small inconveniences, which are nothing really when you get to deal with such good people.Before I arrived, I was quite nervous because of the issues described by some.So, I will address those issues.Roaches. None in 9 days. And even if thre was one or two, you must realize it's the Tropics. It's not your apartment in Paris or New York. You have a roach infestation there, not in Singapore.Noise from the dryer. Simple. Tell people to turn it off. Or, inform the crew. They will certainly take care of it after 10 PM. Other noises. I asked one couple to be quiet, and they were. So, just do something if somebody is inconciderate. Yes, I had peaceful nights.Hard bed. Must be joking! I have back problems and I hate hard beds and soft ones, too. Their mattress was really good, just right, I would say.Had two excellent pillowsThe entrance system. Yes, it's complicated the first time, but if you follow yhe directions, it works, and I have Android 14. Later on, its simple. However, i would rather have a physical key. And the system should be replaced.Service. This was, never an issue, but the ladies are better than best. Their response is instantaneous and VERY thorough. They are very polite and classy ladies I don't meet where I live or during my travels, and I am on the way 11 months a year, past 7 years. Yes, simple living and saving is paying off big time.I liked my refrigerator, micro and quiet and efficient AC. I set it at 25 and was very Happy. You should not freeze your room when it's so hot outside.Also, take cold showers as I did. Don't be a wimp. In the Tropics you do not need long hot showers. I had no humidity issues, but you will with those those hot showers.Dehumidifier. What for? It heats up the room while removing the moisture. The AC also removes the moisture.

I got what was offered and more. I can't complain, and I do when I am not happy.
