too much rules no staff so unsecure for us to left our luggage no water in the room BAD LOCATION

Close to where I needed to be. Close to public transport.

No person there for check in. Needed to do everything by mobile phone. Inconvenient if you don?t have cell access. My bathroom light could not turn off. They never fixed it for my entire stay of 5 days.

We stayed for 7 days...there was no cleaning, no towel change and no bed linen change as well as no cleaning service through out our stay. This was very disappointing in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Stay Away!

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty from the start, there was no housekeeping or cleaning service provided during my entire stay, and the staff were tough and unhelpful. The whole area around the hotel is filthy and not suitable for a proper stay in Singapore.The absolute disaster was finding a mouse inside the room, can you believe that? Completely unacceptable! I even took a picture because it was shocking to see such conditions in a hotel.If you are thinking of booking this place, please run away and look elsewhere. This was a nightmare stay, dirty rooms, terrible staff, no service, and unsafe conditions. The worst hotel I have ever seen!

Check-in asked me for a credit card screenshot both sides but could avoid it arguing that I paid on booking

you could hear people walking upstairs. Also even after 10pm you could hear people talking. The wall was not sound proof.

Our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed for 5 days. We requested to empty the rubbish bins because it was overflowing. Apparently to get fresh towels and have the room cleaned you have to request. Unlike other hotels, cleaning the room and changing of towels are done everyday. Also you have to speak to someone in the Philippines, no one to help you check in and out.

I liked the location. Also, the room was quiet and comfy. although small.

I didn't like the remote check in rather than a real person.

Location is near to the Little India station, 7 Eleven convenience store, exchange company and food stall

The accomodation in Singapore is generally expensive for families, but this accomodation was value for money and in a good location, near to the MTR. Clean and comfortable and enough room for our family.

The check-in procedure is absolutely appalling. I can't say enough about how bad it is. It is spectacularly bad.

Cleanliness is not superior. But it’s considered clean. A few malfunctions in the room and the housekeeping is not available 24hrs

Nice room standard, modern furniture and co-working area

Requested early checkin and said we will checkout 1 day night early even though we paid for it. our request was only 2 hours early checkin that was informed while booking but nobody helped. we waited outside after our long flight.

Worth the money

Door locks to laundry.No chairs and table to do some work related stuff.

The location was good, near to MRT and food court. Rooms are clean but small. Good for a night stay. Towels are still looking new. Complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste included however, no coffee or tea bags provided. Hot shower and water pressure are good. Safe and fridge are provided in the room. Would recommend to friends.

Rooms are small which normal in Singapore for budget hotels. No staff working but a tablet at the front desk. Bathroom lights are too dimmed and slight unpleasant smell come out from bathroom. Air con was cold enough but blow at the faces when lay down on bed. Kettle is provided but no coffee and tea bags. So, you have to bring or buy yourself. No share kitchen in the common area as stated.

the location is close to Little India station, and overall it's a clean room eventhough it have no windows. towel and linens are clean too.

the mattress protector didn't really stay in place, so it's a bit uncomfortable for us.
