The location is perfect. Short walking distance to orchard road.

Rooms design is too plain. Bathroom is a bit dark even with all lights on.

Bed and location

Not clean . Fruits flies in the room. Toilet flush button was stained . Previous guests small item was on the floor. Mirror is not not cleaned.

Overall front desk staff and F&B staff are very helpful and responsive.

Extensive filming for marketing purposes took place during peak hours of usage. Disruptive for clients and the crew were loud and inconsiderate as well. Surely business operations have to be prioritized over marketing video filming.

Great location easy to walk over to Paragon n Mt E

The electronic light switches are difficult to understand. Perhaps a label on what they switch on n off may be helpful

Very good location, clean facilities. I liked the kitchenette in the room and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

The towels seemed clean but didn’t smell so good, didn’t smell fresh and clean. Lobby smelled nice but it wasn’t the same throughout the halls or rooms.

The location , the pool and room with every amenity.

I think you need to add more towel racks and bathrobe hanging hooks in your bathrooms. A bidet would also be a good thing to add!!

The location

The small underwhelming reception, the stark 1990s NYC warehouse feel to the breakfast room where the lighting is harsh, the cost. You could stay at much more luxurious hotels for the price.

Easy access - calm - pool deck - spacious room very well appointed

Fantastic location right in the center of the Orchard shopping district. The rooftop pool was very large and plenty of open space (some other Orchard hotels have small & confined pools). The gym had top of the line equipment (very impressive), although not very large so I imagine it would be full capacity relatively easily. Absolutely loved the Korean restaurant "Cote", which is a must visit.The hotel's own brand of shampoos/soaps are fantastic (and available for purchase).

The Spa staff's at spa reception could be improved upon. My wife asked if she could shower before her massage and was made to feel she'd caused a significant inconvenience (they seemed quite annoyed and were not helpful in showing my wife where the showers were located etc), despite her being early. Although I loved the restaurant, Cote, it was not easy to put the charge on my room despite it being in the same building.No drinks machine/tap in the gym; only two small communal glass Ikea bottles which empty easily.

Lovely hotel situated in the middle of the city centre. The room are spacious with lots of storage space. Equipped with mini kitchen (without stove). Very comfortable bed and amazing view. Comes with complimentary snacks (Replenished daily). The shower is amazing and very spacious.

The toilet somehow doesn’t equipped with a bidet.

Service personnel were warm, and the establishment showed a hospitable attitude to let guests check in and avail of room early where possible. Would definitely be a top choice for the next visit to Singapore.

Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and accommodating. Location is great, 10 minutes walk from either Orchid MRT or Somerset MRT, few minutes walk to Orchid Road, shops, eateries and services. Hotel is new and has a minimalistic decor, the aromatherapy smells divine. The shower products, shampoo, body wash etc are a very beautiful fragrance. Hotel was clean (with minimal exceptions) and the rooms have a little kitchen area with sink and microwave. Mini bar is complementary. Bathroom amenities well stocked. Room was a nice layout, shower was nice with good pressure. They have a robot coffee machine in the lobby, with complementary drinks for clients, which is a nice touch. We were able to use the amenities for the rest of the day until our late flight left, including the showers in the gym, which closed at 7pm

Sink in bathroom had mold under the sink rim beneath the tap. Light in the closet kept pulsing on and off at night (thought it was an alarm going off at first) it was intermittent and impossible to show anyone so couldn't get it fixed. Very annoying at 2 am in the morning when trying to sleep. Didn't like that the pool closed at 730pm, would have been nice to take a dip later in the evening even if only up to say 10pm. Other hotels in the area I have stayed at are open much later. Hotel is relatively new, but wooden flooring was creaky and squeaky and felt like it wasn't glued down enough and it felt cheap, not that nice to walk on. Overall we felt for the price of the hotel these silly things affected it negatively, when there are so many other choices of accommodation.

The location, the robot coffee machine, the chic interior, the pool , the bar , Cedric Grolet .The room is well functional .

We have to use to elevators up to the room , not convenience.

Facilities: The gym facility was good and met my expectations. There is also a spa available, but it comes with additional charges.Location: Located conveniently in the city area and within walking distance to a shopping mall and MRT station.

Room : The room was normal and a bit too simple in terms of decoration, especially considering the price. I expected more in terms of ambiance and style for the cost.

Clean, stylish and very comfortable. Great rooftop pool with glass bottom. Food good especially breakfasts.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere in the evening although was high quality.

Good location, great amenities and lovely room. Excellent staffs with approachable attitude. Room is clean, toilet is awesome and the infinity pool is good!

the reception is abit slow during check-in. could have been faster.
