Great view for 23rd floor, even from the bathtub. The room was spacious and well equipped; it even had a mini-office with desk supplies. Breakfast was over the top with more choices than we'd ever seen.

Sometimes the wait for cooked to order eggs, such as Eggs Benedict, was rather long.

service of the Staff. it was above my expectation. especially the Korean staff at the in-room dining service helped us not only with in-room dining, but also with finding suitable medicine(they got so many mosquito bites on their legs) for our children.

This property property probably older than me, All the staffs absolutely professional staff , even the new one they trained very well.And this property was really famous 5 stars hotel.

Like I said before, this property probably older than me,The older doesn’t sound good one, not like historical or nice one. It’s trick me either, with 5 stars and 9.2 ratings from your app! The room doesn’t have soundproof, at middle of night I can hear the rider with noise louzy motor bike sounds very loud!! And many times the sound of “closing door” by another guest or room service was very loud ! It’s not their fault, it’s this hotel design fault!It’s very old hotel with bad conditions, I believe this Hotel was wonderful hotel decades before . But am sorry, I won’t stay in this Hotel anymore! And I definitely delete the app who recommended me about this Hotel, I stay 5 days in this Hotel because I trust your not honest recommendation, and it’s was the 5 stars nightmares! Ps : telling them thousands time already that I did not eat cake , and they keep sending me a horrible cake ! That’s really annoying and I can see that limit of caring for their guests are zero!

Our room had a beautiful view of the Bay, it was spacious, a little outdated, the bathroom the same, only one sink in a huge vanity...Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a similar hotel.

Loved our stay. The decor, the awesome view ... just can't be beat! The front desk and concierge service was so excellent!

The only issue is the bed was a little hard to us.

Nice facility with quirky, but nice, rooms.

1. Other than the very good breakfast and the way over-priced Chinese restaurant, there are no reasonable dining options particularly one is vegetarian. In our case we had to go out for reasonably priced vegan options for most meals. 2. While the staff is quite good, in our opinion the hotel is too big and crowded to provide a nice environment and experience at this price point. Elevator crowding and wait times and the super crowded breakfast area are examples. 3. In going to the bar for a cocktail, it was very annoying to be handed a menu with all drinks in the $125 to $250 range! It took the wait person a while to produce a menu with more reasonably priced options. Really surprised and irritated to be upsold in this way. For these reasons we are unlikely to choose RC in the future.

Gorgeous hotel, classic style rooms and lobby, every last detail was elegant and classy.Bidet toilet is definitely a bonus.Breakfast was delicious, so many options to choose from.The staff and the service made my stay feel complete.

If you’re the type that notices the tiny little details, you would say a mini touch up is needed in some places of the hotel.There was a temporary issue with the water heaters that’s probably been fixed by now, but I had to take a few cold showers.

The service at the Ritz Carlton is second to none. The staff greet you with a smile (and often, remarkably, remember your name!) and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our room was sensational - large, comfortable and with an amazing view over Marina Bay. We didn't have breakfast included but went to the buffet breakfast at The Colony twice. It offers an incredible range of options, however, best to avoid at weekends and peak times due to the crowds. We weren't familiar with the location of the Ritz Carlton prior to arrival but would thoroughly recommend it as it was so easy to navigate the city and sights from here.

If you're a coffee lover, would recommend looking at options outside the hotel, as the options available here are expensive and not the best quality. There a lots of good options in the nearby shopping areas.

We came all the way to Singapore to celebrate National Day, but the night was way more crowded than we expected especially around Marina Bay Sands. We ended up stuck in the crowd, and my partner had a panic attack. He wasn’t feeling well afterwards, and by Sunday, August 10, he was completely down.At first, we were given late check-out until 2 PM, but after I explained our situation, the reception kindly extended it to 3 PM. That extra hour really helped, and after resting more, my partner felt so much better. I’m really grateful for that.The food was delicious, we loved our in-room breakfast. Dinner was nice too, although the nachos weren’t quite to our taste. The view from our room, even without the Marina view, was still gorgeous. Overall, I truly enjoyed my first stay here.Thank you so much for the warm hospitality
