The ongoing maintenance works produce much noise

You can’t beat the location of the Jen Singapore Tanglin. It’s adjacent to the Orchard Boulevard MRT, directly connected to Tanglin Mall. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff provided us with exceptional service as well. The housekeeping staff and front office staff were excellent too.Overall, we had a really great experience at this hotel.

Location was great and room was clean and comfortable. Pool was very welcome in the Singapore heat. Staff were very helpful.

Nearby Tanglin mall is convenient but quite limited compared to other shopping areas.

This hotel is truly wonderful! The location is super convenient! Close to malls, cafeterias, restaurants, and the MRT. It’s also just one station away from the Botanic Garden, which is a big plus. The staff are very warm and welcoming, always ready to help. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

Check in was great, breakfast was very good, room was comfortable.

Breakfast spread was good with lots of variety from asian to western food. Room is nicely renovated, not big but decent size. It is a walk to Orchard road.

Best price to quality ratio we have found in Singapore, stayed 5x in the past 3 months, and everything was ok every time.

The breakfast has its limitations for vegetarians and vegans, but overall can't complain.

Bed was good firm, bathroom was well stocked and the shower floor was good in the sense that it’s not slippery. The staff are quick to respond when housekeeping missed our room for a refresh. Best location for mrt, you wont even get wet crossing the road to mrt station!

The pool may close when raining so set kids’ expectations or plan around the weather if you have a keen swimmer.

my Booking is Double club ..we can access to VIP Lounge but its poor arrangement ..nothing to eat. Compare to the Normal downstairs Buffet ..they said international Buffet but nothing much in VIP lounge.. VIP Lounge staff Jenny and Alex is doing their best service . in overall not satisfied with with cheep food arrangement at VIP Access call promoting you Club Room's really not worth , paid 900+++ and paid Downstairs Dinner Buffet separately even we have VIP Access we did not go Because Only 3 or 4 items only for Dinner..

Good sized rooms, good atmosphere, very family friendly and has nice interconnecting rooms. Nice quieter area but still close to Orchard Road and the MRT is just across the road and the mall next door.Staff are very friendly and helpful and was lovely to spend Christmas Day here.

I particularly liked the window seat in the bedroom. There's nothing like a nice comfortable place to sit and look out at a new place (some hotels don't even have sofas!). The bathroom amenities were also very good. The staff was excellent.

Room wasn’t entirely clean, we asked the staff to fill the amenities and was never done in our 3 night stay.

Room was very clean and well maintained.The water was well heated, and shower heads amazing.Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The hotel is well connected to the next door shopping mall.TV was large and sharp.

Club lounge was very bad , no facilities no whare near the standard facilities no food or service

Great location right next to subway station and away from the commercial/touristy busyness of Orchard Road and yet you can be amid all that busyness in just one quick subway or bus stop!

We paid for an upgrade to what was touted as a “luxury” room. Frankly, it was no different to the standard room we stayed in at the same hotel 2 years ago

Well laid out room, excellent bedding and good shower. Filtered water available but runs lukewarm warm. Carafes for rooms would be good. Very quiet and connected to a mall on the 2nd floor. Very good swimming pool but dominated in early evening by noisy boys. 2 guards on duty allowed a game of polo to range over entire pool. Metro is 1 minute away and the airport bus just 5 mins.

Intended to have breakfast on last day but at $46 each, even by Singapore standards that was ridiculously expensive.

Decent location, access to MRT is easy (escalator to long but air-conditioned access tunnel is 3 min from atrium). Access to mall with food and grocery stores 1 min.

Had a very pleasant stay at JEN Singapore Tanglin! The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating — I was even able to check in early, which was a big plus. The hotel is in a great location, connected to Tanglin Mall and with good dining and easy transport options, Orchard Boulevard MRT is right across.Facilities were well-maintained and the rooms were clean, and comfortable. Everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay was provided. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Singapore!

The rooms are modern and have an ideal size. We could easily stay with 3 people (incl. 1 toddler) and had enough space for 3 suitcases. The bed was very comfortable. My daughter loved the huge pool and we enjoyed the bar and the bistro in the lobby area for snacks and drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would always come back. Orchard road and the Botanical Garden are in walking distance and the MRT is nearby. The hotel is connected to the Tanglin Mall which is a plus for rainy days.
