Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore

Location and facilities.

Poor customer service, i am wondering how they are being operated by Shangri-La with these low standards and services. The towels are not clean, I would not repeat the experience as i was there for business purposes.

The breakfast spread was enormous!

A bit expensive. The beach is not nice. The hotel is a bit old.

Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm every time we come ask the staff told us to wait a couple of more minutes (only around 4 we got the room) They told us they will give us vouchers we never get. Not exactly the way u want to start your vacation after a long flight.

The resort was amazing, location and facilities. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

Waiting for an hour to check in, they should increase staff numbers esp in season to avoid this kind of situation. No toilet seat bidet ?

The hotel really caters for kids in detail/ families they have a very good kids club and amazing staff there, Laundry service which is free and available on many floors. The ease to commute within the Resort ie going to the parks etc

Their hotel booking platform needs to be improved.

The rooms were lovely, clean and big. We had a great view of the jungle, and were close to all of the main Sentosa attractions. The rooms also had stools for the kids in the bathrooms which was nice and thoughtful!

Pool area is the most fun place, many activities for kids, free buggy and buses only for shangri-la customers.

The breakfast was exceptional - a wonderful buffet full of loads of choices. Overall, the resort is well suited to families and adults alike.

breakfast was brilliant and beach was a bonus. One of our party lost a wallet and the staff went the extra mile to assist in locating it.concierge service very good in assisting us on where to go and where to eat halaal.my son has a peanut allergy and the way the hotel describes the food was reassuring and when we queried the Chef was most helpfulwould have been nice to have some motorised watersports for older kids/adults.

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa is as expected. The family hotel that families can go and be rest assured that everyone in the family will be happy, from room to facilities to activities. The pools and slides and kids' club is fun and entertaining and can keep everyone occupied. The staff are helping and polite. The shuttle service is useful. It was as usual a great stay.

It is unfortunate that while we were there, the TV channels were not available for the first night. In response to that, maybe the hotel can consider changing the TV to a smart TV that can connect to the internet instead.

Breakfast was great, and there's a lot of choice to satisfy everyone. The complimentary water sports was also another highlight.

Almost everything else was disappointing. We waited 2 hours for our room and they did not message us when it was finally ready as they promised. I had to go check at front desk. Then the body wash bottle was empty upon arrival, and, there are no espresso cups to be found anywhere in the hotel (even though they provided a Nespresso machine). Coffee quality is abysmal so if you're a coffee aficionado, be forewarned. Then we tried to get a postcard (that we bought from their gift shop) posted and there were no stamps to be sold, and neither did the hotel offer to send it (or charge us to send it). We were told to go to a convenience store.

Another soft pillow in cupboard would have suited me. First night service in cafe poor. Rectified by manager of said restaurant.

The property has so much to do. The staff were perfect with every interaction. We really loved the Fun Team for getting people interacting around the pool. Food was perfect!

The hotel facilities were great for families with young kids.

Counter service was a little slow. Check-in and check-out had long queues
