Clean and comfortable

The living room was much smaller than advertised

Location was excellent (which was near Orchard Road shopping and the Somerset MRT). The room was very clean. The wifi and charging ports were ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

MY room was in the corner with a small window facing the elevator. There was very little light in the room (this was a studio "suite"). Apparently, the Execute Suite would offer a window... I could hear every movement and conversations of others outside the front door.

This is a fabulous location when staying in Singapore. Close to 2 MRT (Metro) stations; right next of high end shopping district. Extremely clean and quiet.

The bathroom sink was a little clogged up.

Ashok and every member of staff were exceedingly responsive and helpful, always cheerful polite and proactive. Often anticipating our needs!

Wifi, but it could have been just some issue

Location was very convenient, the 2 bedrooms apartment is quite spacious and value for money.

The cleanliness is an issue. Crumbs were left on sofa when we checked in and floors were quite sticky (not sure due to the soap used or it’s just dirty)

The staffs were very helpful and introduced the facilities on arrival. When I have some feedbacks on the items (safe deposit box, shower door, waste bins), they worked hard and promptly to rectify. I appreciate that they offered a complimentary transfer to the airport for the problems I feedback to them.

The floor of the room was not carpeted. The room is also not soundproof. You can hear children in the corridors at night and early morning. The room is also not completely dark when the lights are off due to the gap between the door and the floor and the type of blinds used for the window

Location, cleanliness, facilities

I liked the staff, very courteous but also the location in Singapore, very practical. I loved the swimming pool on the rooftop, the gym room as well. The appartement was small but very accomodating. Bathroom was very well equipped.

I loved the no nonsense approach to the self serviced apartments. They are friendly, professional and clean. The beds were comfy, the pool was lovely, the gym was too small but good overall. It was also quiet, well managed and I loved the fact that there was a laundrette and dryer inside as I went through a heap of clothes whilst walking and sweating. Lovely place, would stay again.

I didn't like that I couldn't turn off the lights outside my door as I like it pitch black to sleep.

2 bed/2bath unit was large, very clean and very comfortable. We used the kitchen for simple breakfasts and it was more than sufficient for our needs. In-unit washing machine was important to us and worked great. Gym is small and becomes a bit congested if there are 4 or more people, but we still used it everyday and appreciated it was available. Pool is also great, our daughter used it for swimming laps. Location is awesome, vibrant Orchard Rd a hop away, and more eateries and a well stocked grocery shop 5mins walk on Killiney Rd. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Had an amazing stay, the location right next to Orchard St was perfect. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The whole place was spotless and really comfortable, and I especially loved the free launderette - such a great bonus when traveling. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

Location was fabulous and super easy to move around. The property offered all the main facilities including a gym and pool

I feel some attention to detail is required: When it rains heavily the walk ways can get quite wet making it a slip hazard, I had several near misses! Please also look in to the washing machine. It needs a deep clean and service. It was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned from previous user as an old blood monitor (for diabetes) was stuck in there!

The location, staff and overall facility was very good

Some attention needs to be given to the management of rain water and cover for path ways as it was very dangerous at times

- The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all our requests.- The building's facilities exceeded our expectations, especially the free laundry rooms and the large rooftop pool.- The location was perfect for exploring Orchard Mall and the rest of Singapore, with a metro station nearby.- The rooms were very quiet and well maintained

- The musky/moldy smell and 80% humidity in the apartment. In my view the ventilation system is not designed correctly causing humid outside air to condensate inside the room. The staff did all they could to help us. At the end we got 2 dehumidifiers and an air-purifier which made it acceptable.

We had a very good stay, The place is close to all amenities, The staff is really good and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Lanson.
