Great hotel, value for money and super easy to go anywhere. Staff were very helpful and the view from the rooftop pool is impressive

The breakfast was limited in the lounge.

Very nice simple roof top pool without too many people there. Executive lounge service was nice, specially the breakfast offering and terrace eating possibility.

Executive lounge happy our drinks offering was bit too short to be able to be there in many days.

Only remark is that the staff working at infinity pool came across quite rude towards people with kids (we were just walking around to look for our family members), they also not come to any tables for orders. Some for to address but not make impact to our pleasant stay in this hotel.

The room is a bit small and expensive, but maybe that’s just Singapore.

Very clean, great shower and bathroom accessories. Wonder full pool and rooftop pool/bar. Staff very friendly.

There could be some drinks and snacks in room to purchase.

Everything…. Faultless.

Total mess up at the time of Check In.I had requested an early check in due to the early arrival of our flight. Arrived at the hotel at 9.30am, no rooms available. We were told that they would call us to tell us when the room would be ready and the earliest would be 12pm.. off we went. No calls. No communication.We decided to go back after a few hours as we ere exhausted after an hour flight. They told us the room had been ready since 1pm.Very frustrating and just a bit of communication and care would have helped us hugely.Otherwise. I would happily stay again.

Wonderful breakfast, location is perfect, few minutes away from the best spots. My room was tiny and far from lifts but that’s ok, was quite comfy. Super clean and staff were always busy but friendly enough.

Location is brilliant. You can walk to all major city attractions from here - 2 minutes to Clarke’s Quay along which you can even walk all the way to near Marina Bay Sands

Room was dark and depressing with brown floors, dark brown wall paper and dark grey bathroom tiles My heart would sink in this room. Hotel has nothing 5-Star about it except that its very clean and ideally located.

Paid for the executive lounge, The breakfast here was good, but the best thing was that you were able to sit outside out of the airconditioning and by the pool. A great way to just have a break from the climate controlled environment. Also the rooftop pool is a great feature of this hotel, was a great place to relax and enjoy the views of Singapore. The hotel is close to everything and the MRT to get you to everything that is not close....

There was not a lot of storage in the rooms for travel bags etc. We had 3 bags between the 2 of use, 2 medium and one small and seemed like we were tripping over them all the time. I know room size in SIngapore is small, but could have included extra cupboards etc.

Astounding. The room, the staff, the pools, the lounge, the attention to detail. 10/10.

Breakfast gets packed at later hours

Location was good for me.

Hotel looks great but everything is very cheaply done. Rooms are small. And the first room we had was extremely noisy at night with an alarm (not sure if it was the fire station or a construction site) going on nearby every 20 minutes or so. Impossible to sleep even with ear protections. After two nights, we asked for a change and then it was ok.

Location is good, room is comfortable and clean, check in process is fast and staff is very helpful. Value for money.

Nothing i dont like.

Longe access, location, breakfast buffet.

Room configuration not user friendly. Granted it was a small twin but the chair and table are directly under the TV thus having to pull out it every-time to watch.

Location is perfect and room is clean.

The room service was not helpful. I asked for a bucket of ice twice, but it never came. There are also some construction sounds coming from the wall next to my room.

The room was small with no cupboard space. The pool closed down quite early.

The pool was amazing, beds and pillows were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful

The executive lounge we found to be ok but very limited in breakfast options compared to Madisons downstairs. We also were disappointed that drinks and canapés were only for a certain time each day compared to other 4 star hotels we stayed in Singapore. They need to change the canapés options more often.

Location was close to the MRT and a supermarket in Raffles Centre. Roof pool ok.

The room was very small, no where to unpack even though we only had a 3 night stay. 1 very large chair in the room, why…don’t know. The toilet stank like a men’s urinal if you shut the door.
