Breakfast long lines. Room too small for the price. My wife birthday, we forgot to buy the lighter and called the customer service at 11:45 pm asked for help. The lady was very rude and said I didn’t respond to supply the lighter, you have to go to 7-11

Perfect location in the middle of Chinatown and still quiet

I had booked an upgrade but the staff didn’t seem to be able to handle this properly. They forgot to charge the surcharge upon check in (which already took very long).Then I was asked to come to reception because they had noticed their mistake. No problem, I went and paid.A few hours later I again was notified about a mistake they had made when charging the surcharge…. I felt like I spent more time at settling their mistakes than in my hotel room.Do not recommend. Didn’t receive any apology.

Hotel was spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was great.

It was missing a communal area besides the outdoor area by the pool and a small area by the pool that has loud music

I didn’t know that this was a 5 star property for an unbelievable 3 star rate. Was very happily surprised at the quality of the property. For example a carved granite sink in the bath. As a contractor, I know that alone runs around $1500 US. Was top notch in all ways. Its location was excellent also. Right in the center of downtown with so many things within walking distance.

We had a wonderful experience here. Not only the facilities are great, well maintained and very clean, but the staff is very helpful, which is important when travelling with small kids.

Cant think of anything, we really enjoyed our stay.

the room was smaller than i expected. there's no room to put my luggage. the luggage area they had was too small to place any type of luggage fully opened. bathroom amenities were a bit lacking had to pick up a few from lobby. bar fridge wasn't cold enough. parking was a bit expensive but the pricing of the hotel made up for it.

Location was awesome . Walkable to Chinatown station, Maxwell station and Ouatram station. Maxwell hawker centre was so closed too.

No in room moisturizing cream. I really hate how hotel have pump soap in the shower stall. But now there is a paucity of anything in the rooms anymore. No shower cap either. I like the wooden toothbrush and toothpaste. But nothing else . Perhaps it was offered at the front desk but there was no signage to say that or even told when you checked in.Also I booked an extra night to check in early the next day. So I took 2 showers. I asked for another set of towels and it took them forever I had to call again to remind them. Also calling house keeping and guest services - the phone rang and rang and hung up many times .

What once gave this hotel a welcoming entrance and additional facility of a bar has now gone to a ghastly ice cream parlor.

Rooms are pretty, bed is very comfortable and showers are great. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so kind and understanding. I arrived early and they went out of their way to help me with an early check in.

Check in process was not good.

Great location. Lots of restaurants around and a few minutes from Chinatown. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms very functional.

My second stay. The room space is super efficiently used.

While the space is efficiently used, some corners are cut to reach there. i.e. there are no drawer next to bed, getting out of the shower is difficult if you want to open the shower door inside (to not wet the rest of bathroom)

The location is great. The room was very comfortable especially the bed.

1. There was a line for breakfast in the morning, don't really wanna start my morning waiting in line2. There were ants next to the relaxing area by the pool3. We asked for scissors from the reception and they askes us to fill a form (!) and took a deposite of like 100 SGD. Mind you it was regular scissors nothing special

Location, pool is really nice, gym is ok.

Cost is high for what you get. Basic.
