So old and breakfast no good comparsion with offered price

The hotel is very comfortable, and they gave me an upgrade room with the view to the aqua park. It was amazing. The bed was great, also the breakfast, and the swimming pool. The perfect place to relax.

It's a bit far from everything, so you need to whether take the shuttle from the hotel and wait for it each time, or you can use the ride hailing apps, meaning some extra cost. Nothing major, though. I had a great time there.

Good location but old hotel u see that in everything but by all it can be book next time, nice staff and as i said location if u plan with your kids cuz everything near universal cable car, mall , also transportation free for all of them

A nice clean and quiet hotel, with a spacious room and beautiful surroundings. Staff was attentive and nice, and would not disturb u unnecessarily.

We returned for another short staycation at equarius after a wonderful time 6 months ago. Service crew, especially Hazel, who planned our arrival so well. Everything was beautifully arranged such that our stay was fun and comfortable. Service in the hotel, from reception to concierge to room amenities… all so wonderful. Thank you for making my girl’s stay so memorable

The services and location was great

We were given a room for disabled as the hotel seemed fully booked and we arrived late. It was sold to us as an upgrade.This room had (ofcourse) a different setting which did not make us less enjoy our stay though.

Very spacious, very good service convenient as there is shuttle bus.

Wanted to experience the away from city vibe and this place did give us that. The tickets to the waterpark and the short route to reach there was unexpected. Though we went during the chess championship, the staff did manage to help us with our requests promptly. The frequent shuttles were indeed a boon to help us roam around the island too.

Loved the aspect that was so peaceful and relaxing. Wasn’t over crowded and allowed us to proceed at leisure to how we want our honeymoon. Breakfast at the Tangerine in the main hotel and not the buffet, brilliant a credit to the hotel. The staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr Fish.

I think the idea of allowing free access to the park would be more advantageous. Also asking for a deposit after paying cash full price via a debit card was a bit much. I don’t use a credit card and then being told I can leave $500 cash as a deposit . Because I can’t leave a deposit with a debit card! What? What would I do with that cash money when I leave. !!Apart from that our stay was fantastic.

Customer service was good. Honor helped us in decorating balloons and gave us complementary wine as well.

The staff was welcoming and kind. The swimming pool at the edge of the balcony with a stretch of more than 30 meters was mindblowing. We also loved the gourmet chocolates and fully loaded beverage bar. The warm and cozy bathrobe and comfortable slippers.

I wish I could stay longer there.

The service had improved so much since the last we visited.. we were there to celebrate my son’s bday.. the service team decorated our room with balloons and gifted a box of nice chocolates.. they even prepared a full size cake! The turn down service was thoughtfully done to make our rest so comfie .. thank u Hazel n team for making our stay memorable n fun!

All staff are very nice and helpful, especially Josh, he helps me to arrange all necessary things for me and family. Hotel shuttle bus are also very good. Breakfast for both set and buffet taste good

Besides toilet smell not good at the beginning, others were okay and nothing dislike.

The location was excellent the staff couldn’t do enough for us they were really friendly and the hotel was really clean

We booked a deluxe garden room for a family of four two adults an 8 and a 9 year old child .. they would only provide us with one extra bed even tho the room was big enough for two beds they then charged us an extra 112 dollars a night and then although we had booked breakfast as part of our stay we were then charged extra for the children’s breakfast and were told that the room only comes with two breakfasts .. basically to accommodate all four of us with breakfast we would have needed to book two rooms which is a bit ridiculous for a family holiday .. also the hotel didnt have a bar or anywhere to whine down at the end of the day to get a glass of wine and drinks there’s no shop in the hotel either u have to get the shuttle to the other hotels ..

A nice e resort considering it is in a city. The pool is nice. The semi buffet breakfast was good. It is close key attraction like adventure cove and universal studios, although shuttle is needed.

The shower room can't drain water away. We have to use minimal water to make sure it is not flooded before we finish the shower. Called the hotel to fix it but it didn't improve. Water pressure was weak and temperature was not stable. Slme hotel staff are obviously very green, while some staff didn't seem too friendly, although we could also find some good ones at the tangerine dining place Room temperature was not stable as well. It is sometimes cold and sometimes warm.
