The hotel is located in a culturally rich neighborhood. There are nice restaurants and bars around the hotel. It's also a short walk to the east coast park and beachside. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable. WiFi works well.

Overall, there were no major issues with the facilities or rooms. That said, a few of the provided towels showed signs of wear and could be refreshed to better match the standards of a four-star hotel.

The location was great. The staff was friendly.

The room could have been cleaner. The AC fan was very loud.

Staff were efficient and friendly. My room was available ahead of time. Staff gave me names of good eating places close by.

The location is great for both close proximity to the airport and the East Coast/Marine Parade area. The welcome snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the pool area looked nice. The bed and pillows were decent - not the best, but not the worst. It was also handy to have room delivery available from the restaurant downstairs (Merci Marcel). Most of the staff were friendly and very willing to help if asked.

I had “upgraded” to a room with a window, but that was all I appreciated about the room. None of my outlets worked on an ongoing basis (left something plugged in overnight that didn’t charge at all). I tried the outlets in the lobby and those also were fickle. The staff was kind enough to charge my things for me behind the desk, but then I was waiting in the lobby when I could have been in my room. The maintenance team did check and said the outlets were working fine, but I tried multiple adapters and cords and each time I plugged things in they would charge sporadically, if at all, if left for any period of time longer than a couple of minutes. I also had no hot water. When I called the front desk they said another guest had made the some complaint, but this was “normal” for Singapore (not my first time here, and definitely not true.) They tried telling me it was because of “peak times” but it was 10:30pm. It was slightly better the next day around midday, but not by much, and again that night after 11pm it was only luke warm. The cleanliness was also not at a high enough standard with black mold in between tiles in the shower, stains on the curtains, and someone else’s hair under one of the pillows. For how much this place charges, I expected a much nicer and more reliable experience. I will be staying elsewhere next time I’m in town.

A nice, small hotel very close to Joo Chiat, with a rooftop pool and good French restaurant.

Superb. Good place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. Near to everything. Nice and helpful staff (like Niki & Joel, etc). Excellent service. All are provided and you will enjoy a lot.Recommended to everyone! Hope to stay more time here…

Location is good. Within 3-minute walk there are food courts, supermarket, bus stop etc. Also it is close to the east coast beach for a stroll. The room is quite clean.

Sound proof is not ideal. You can hear the cars passing by at night. However they do provide earplugs.

- The rooms were nice, I had everything I needed. - There were some snacks and soft drinks in the room that were complimentary and always refilled. Quite useful. - It was a good location.

- Super disruptive. Very poor noise isolation. I got a room in front of the elevator and I heard everything, including the voice in the elevator. But the worst part was that some workers had some sort of workshop or other room close to my room and since quite early morning they were doing a lot of noise and talking. This was horrible, I was super angry. - Very poor and slow wifi connection. Haven't seen worse and slower wifi in quite some time now. - This does not reflect in my rating because I knew it already, but beware that there is no gym in the hotel.

The location is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms very cute with tiles and either a patio or stained glass windows. The roof top pool was wonderful on a hot day

The rooms were cleaned and really well looked after. Very friendly front desk too. Location is superb.

Room was a bit small for the pricing.

Great location with lots of good restaurants around and a superb cafe downstairs for breakfast. Stayed in Signature corner king room, its spacious with a big closet and bathroom. Hotel is very close to the street so you do hear noise of cars and busses at night, but strangely it didn’t bother us at all, we slept really well during our stay there.

Facilities were great, great location and rooms were lovely. Comfy beds.

Quiet and in a cosy corner of Singapore :)

Cannot use debit card for deposit. Need credit card or cash..atm is abit far off. So not a huge problem but consumers take note and be prepared ??

Have stayed here before. Love the location in a part of Singapore with loads of great bars and restaurants

No real view from room but I expected that

like the stained glass windows and the hotel in general. Good pool area on rooftop. Great location with restaurants nearby. Liked the complimentary snacks and drinks.

Can't remember any negatives.
