    Cons -

    • At the tagged price, breakfast can be buffet style,
    • No warning about construction, it started at 8:00 AM we were told 9:00AM The room was clean but the wall covering was loose. Two of the electrical outlets were taped over. I took a couple pictures, I'm planning on sending then to the SPG group.
    • The hotel could use some renovating, but overall a very nice experience.

would like to thank the staff member Saif for his service and cooperation.‏The sofa bed was spacious enough for two small children to sleep comfortably.

Check-in was at 3 PM due to the room not being ready earlier.Late check-out was declined, except until 1 PM.However, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and picked it up later before heading to the airport. The spa was closed throughout my 3-night stay.

The location is good and very close to the metro and universal world

There is no route access for the wheelchair and stroller.Cleaning the room was not good. The room view is not what I expected. It is only other room window.I took family suite and it is very small.

    Location near to Sentosa attractions.

The facilities are old and poorly maintained, with incomplete amenities that do not justify the high room rates. In-room essentials, such as towels and bathrobes, are worn and even contained holes. Daily housekeeping was consistently subpar; notably, our linens and bedding were not changed for the first three days, and only then after we identified the oversight and specifically requested a replacement. The room layout is particularly unsuitable for families with teenage children due to a complete lack of privacy. Both the shower and toilet feature see-through glass enclosures. Furthermore, the glass sliding doors between the sofa bed area and the main room have an awkward design that remains transparent, offering no privacy for those using the shower, bathroom, toilet and wardrobe areas. This was compounded by the fact that the door connecting the main room to the sofa bed cannot be locked, and the door from the wardrobe to the bathroom cannot be closed(wide open). The room's structural integrity is also an issue; .Soundproofing is non-existent, as the walls are thin enough to clearly hear conversations from both the hallways and neighboring rooms. Additionally, prolonged showering causes the bathroom ceiling to leak and the floor to flood. Finally, accessibility is a major concern, as the lack of ramps requires guests to manually lift and carry luggage during checkin/checkout. Ultimately, the service and facilities fall far below acceptable standards, offering very poor value for money. The only positive aspects of our stay were the hotel’s good location—conveniently situated near all Sentosa attractions—and the helpful, accommodating attitude of the front desk staff, particularly Mr. Donald, who was exceptionally professional.Unfortunately, these highlights did not compensate for the significant issues we encountered.

    Location

Room service was very slow and didn’t have proper cutlery and glasses

    7PitsineePosted on: 12-16-2025

    Pretty quiet, not crowded.

On our first two days, house keeping didn’t clean our room (we came back to our room at 2.30pm, and 4.00pm)The bathroom is very poorly designed (no socket in the bathroom for hair dryer, bidet was placed where it was unreachable, bidet was leaking). Our room window had a tint, so we can’t see anything. Limited food options near the hotel.

The rooms were very well appointed and exactly or better than the photos suggested. Easy access around the resort and extremely helpful staff.Restaurant was high quality with great food and friendly, helpful staff and good portions. Good spread of time open so as to accommodate various guests needsFor us, the resort was easy walking distance to the activities we wanted to do, such as Universal studios and the luge

The rooms not being closer together wasn't clearly defined. Saying that, it was only a few minutes walk between buildings which were internally connected. The breakfast options were great and varied, however, with children, a buffet style enabling more of what the children eat would have been preferred.

    Location

Transparent bathroom doors. The facilities were good and clean but wish some sort of breakfast was included in the price. Even if just continental. It was very expensive so had to go out to look for something to eat.

    9ValinoPosted on: 11-5-2025

The location is convenient. It is just right in the middle of Resorts World sentosa, Vivo city, and Beach station. Everything is just either a few minutes walk or one monorail ride.

They didn’t specify that they are cashless so I already withdrew the amount before going there. I wasn’t given any change since it’s cashless. This should be clearly specified beforehand.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The Sentosa Express train (which will connect you to the rest of Sentosa as well as Vivo city from where you can hop on the MRT train system) is just across the street. There is also a little 7/11 shop across the street, which is convenient if you want to buy a cold drink or anything else. The Sensory Scape experience is just acrosss the street - very convenient.

We booked the Premier Courtyard room, but it wasn't worth the extra cost. The humidity and heat in Singapore make it impossible to sit outside in the courtyard. It also means that you are on ground level, and do not have any view.It bothered me that the courtyard was never cleaned during our stay. Please add a mirror to your rooms :-(

The check in staff member noticed that we were a family and gave us adjoining rooms - the adjoining doors were open when we arrived and our bags had been delivered to the rooms while we were exploring the area. This was a really nice touch. Loved that each bathroom had a shower and a really nice bathtub. The spa was excellent! There was also a sister hotel right next door with access to many food outlets. The rooms were very comfortable and I loved the robe and slippers.

The first check in staff member was not friendly or welcoming. We were able to hear a voice over the loudspeaker in the morning, I am assuming it was for the sunrise yoga. One thing that would have tipped this over the top would have been a adult pool and a family pool. There is only one pool and it was beautiful but frequented by many children.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room is not really inside the hotel, has to walk in the hot weather for a bit to get to the room.

    6LizPosted on: 9-30-2025

Rooms large and comfortable and close to all the sights.

Staff - basics such as welcome to the hotel, just to let you know check out time is... We hope you enjoyed your stay. Basic human interactions would have been nice. QR codes for everything!! Although there is a discount on some of the attractions if you stay there - it's not clear you need to book 24 hours before. Get ready to feel like you are just income for a chain of hotels - nothing personal or welcoming about this hotel.

    1. Sewage smell from the bathroom.2. No privacy for shower if you have family.3. Huge ass cockroach climb out of the drain trap.

Check in was super smooth and the room was great! Housekeeping staff were very friendly and promptly got us extra pillows and towels for our children

The walls are very thin.. on our 2nd night room next to us were having a birthday party till past midnight and we could hear everything.
