    Cons -

    • I guess the place could be more themed. Stayed at the one in San Diego and it had a way better vibe
    • reservation team is slow at replying my query on chat. that I have to call the hotel to find out.
    • No plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer.Too dark, needs better lighting.Pool area needs a Life Guard to control the behavior of the children.

The location is great. Lots of attractions around that area.

Floor with tiles is a bit cold

    Pool

Old , not cheap for the size and cleanliness

The location. However, the renovation of the Forum made it a bit more challenging to get to the RSW main ground. At night the walk to the elevator was not even lighted. We had to use the light on our phone to see our steps.

Our room was infested with ants. The staff responded quickly with spray and gel on the first day. On the second day, there were more ants. They did the same things again. This time I could see an army of ants around the gel.

Amazing pool setup with several pools, a fake beach, a swim up bar and volleyball court. Rooms were large and luxurious, beds were soft, bathrooms were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was first class. Plenty of food and beverage options on site or within a short walk.

Just about the only real negative was the room rate which was on the high side (although average for Sentosa). Also the poolside cabanas sat unused because they are so expensive to hire, which makes no sense.

Location cannot be beat. I also like the size of the room. I wish the toiletries options were better.

The breakfast buffet, whilst substantial, was okay in terms of taste.

Lots of amenities nearby (like Starbucks).

No door at the toilet. No bath tub.

Location is amazing. Pool is amazing. Breakfast was great.

    Close to sentosa attractions

Too many children, pictures and reality didn’t match

    5BenPosted on: 11-17-2023

The breakfast in the morning was really good. Staff was amazing too. Best of all was the location you couldn’t get a hotel on Sentosa island with a better location.

The hotel looks very tired. Nothing opens till late and also closes early. The rock shop has nothing on the shelf’s so pointless that opening for the short period of time it is. There is no Hard Rock Cafe that has closed down, it feels like a hotel that is struggling and staffing levels have been cut. There is not even life guards around the pool. Extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointed with the hard rock brand.

    Pleasant

    - toilet without bidet- no room service menu in the room. I called reception but no one answer (10+pm) - i personally went down to the counter request the counter to print out the menu

    7JASONPosted on: 10-30-2023

    Location

Not a “real” Hard Rock Hotel as expected, this is a RW franchise, so only had limited decor and “feel” of a genuine HR Hotel (e.g. Penang)

    8KieranPosted on: 10-9-2023

Rooms and location was excellent for families.

No music around the pool area, drinks are very expensive, $11 for a can of coke for example.

    7ShehrozPosted on: 10-9-2023

Very clean, helpful staff, bar is there with some games facilities e.g., billiards, it can be a good spot for families and kids on vacation, including swimming pool.

Didn't serve lunch/dinner, so you'd have to walk to nearby Michael hotel or Malaysian Street or other places. There was some confusion in billing, they charged for a day less, then tracked me to pay it later. Very Americanized the moment you enter with all the photos and theme, would be nice to see a bit of Singapore there :-)

    9LeninPosted on: 10-8-2023

    breakfast and room

The extra bed is a pull out bed. I have better extra bed experience in Japan and the linen they use is so much better and cheaper than hard rock hotel.

    5PamelaPosted on: 10-6-2023

For a hard rock hotel it wasnt as up to speed as i would have expected.

the buffet breakfast was not hot the fruit was not ripe and the omelets were just left sitting on the bench not cooked when you were there so cold when you got them. overpriced for the value received

    9ClairePosted on: 10-6-2023

    Housekeeping were amazing

Not enough dining options in the hotel - limited options for lunch, just pool bar menu, no restaurant open for lunch

    5AlexiePosted on: 10-5-2023

POOL : nice sand beach / pool perfect for our little one.ROOM : great room with nice big windows.

Breakfast was chaotic, very loud and not worth it. All people from different hotels go to the same area so it is very crowded. For the price, we expected more variety.FOOD : Restaurants nearby were quiet pricey, the nearest local street hawker sold Malaysian cuisine. Very disappointing, considering its Singapore, we had higher expectations.
