Great staff, very clean and nice hotel, they gave me a free room upgrade without asking

The room was lovely, and the service was impeccable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide for our comfort and to help us navigate Singapore.

Staff were all excellent, room was spacious, modern and bed was amazing. Club lounge was fantastic at all times

For a hotel that proudly wears a 5-star badge, the bathroom amenities told a very different story.No comb (apparently a luxury item now), toothpaste became a scavenger hunt, and topping up amenities felt like a special request rather than a standard service.This is, without doubt, the first ‘5-star’ hotel where we had to buy our own toothpaste.In reality, this is a solid 4-star hotel cosplaying in a 5-star outfit.One word to describe the experience: average.”

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I had stayed at the property on different occasions but the last time, I was alocated to a haunted room. Upon investigating the scratching noise in my room, it was the plastic material of the tall lamps in the rooms, which was expanding and shrinking due to changes in the temperature of the room, that was making the noises.

The staff is very well trained, very friendly, very polite. The room is always sparkling clean.

The concierge staff and the house keeping staff. The rooms were big and nice. The view of my room and the food were perfect.

One of the reception staff she was a lady when i asked her for a late checkout she rejected directly and mention to me that i need to leave the hotel at 12, regardless the long stay and my first stay at four season singapore hotel. The next day i called and nice lady give us till 1 pm. They need to be more professional specially that they are presenting four season chain which i admire and this is the first time i treated this way. I came to Singapore 4 times and i hope to come again.

Clean, luxurious and attentive staff. We had a lovely lady Karen who went above and beyond and was just a great chat.

Great location. Kind and generous staff. Lovely breakfast and Nobu was an experience. Concierge are outstanding.

The property has a lovely design, the rooms are top class, the staff is amazing. Especially Ms Apple at the bar made our stay special with fantastic, friendly, very attentive service. She made as feel home. Great were also Melanie - the concierge, and Aaron at the reception - lovely people.

Well, we are not that much shopping people and the location is mainly good for the Orchard shopping. However, the hotel is a good resort like escape from the chaos and the botanic garden is close!

Beautiful property, the room are spacious and the staff is attentive and kind.

1. taxes through booking is something And through the desks is something else Clarity on taxes is a must2. The hotel is very old and noisy. I can even hear the water goes through the pipes in the ceiling3. Didn’t give me the four seasons vibes at all

It is very comfortable, you know what you get with Four Seasons. Location is great. The Chinese restaurant is outstanding!

The rooms and in general the hotel could do with a bit of a face lift but otherwise all was great.

Not the four seasons experience I am often used to. This felt like a 4star hotel with a pricey room. Disappointing! We booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday. They didn’t even bother to show any appreciation to this big event.
