The Snooze Hotel at Bugis

-The location -For Singapore standards, this is rather "cheap" (still 60€/night for a 11m2 room)-Served it's purpose for only 9h spent: getting some sleep for a very late arrival (checked in at 2 AM and checked out at 11AM)

-Staff rather cold upon check-in-50 dollars cash deposit? Really?!-The room is tiny to say the least, bed takes 2/3 of the room, luggage had to stay on the floor by the door-Noisy, items left by previous guests, dirty, uncomfortable bed

The location and proximity to Suntec City, the subway station and Bugis Junction was great. The staff were also so kind and helpful. The paid laundry service was super convenient. The coffee place outside was super tasty and a good start to the day. There's also about 5 7 Eleven stores within 200m from the hotel so it was always easy to pick up snacks or odds and ends.

Not uncommon for hotels but the beds were very firm. Our rooms also didn't have a bar fridges which was unfortunate because storing an ice coffee or cool drink would have been nice.

Customer Service and hotel front desk attendance were very cooperative and very well-mannered while checked in.

Besides the receptionists. Everything else is bad!

The room was to cramped.Hair dryer isn't working Booked for 2 nights. The housekeeping didn't make the room at all. Even after the first night. Water dripping from the air-conditioning.Very bad...If got extra 1 or 2 hundred go stay somewhere else

Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed.

Room is small.

Service staff was friendly. Place is clean. Location in bugis is great for tourists since it is quite central. Air con works great.

Bed was not really comfortable. Shower temperature irregular, either really hot or cold. Could hear other guest speaking loudly in the corridor from time to time. TV did not have channel 5 for some reason.

We were able to leave our luggages at the front.

The room was as big as a closet. The air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to moved 3 times to finally get a room on a higher floor to have a decent cool air blowing. The toilet and shower didn’t have partition. It was just a terrible night.

Perfect location right in the heart of Singapore. Walking distance to Chinatown and little india and the CBD, and not too far from Marina Bay.

Room was pretty poor - not very clean, and a bit cramped.

Location of the hotel is great!The Location would be the only reason to choose this hotel!There was also a luggage storage for people who want to leave their stuff on departure day while chilling outside.

The shower was broken; the shower head split the water into two strays. The plug was also broken a bit—the adapter kept falling off unless you had something underneath it.You cannot open the windows (at least on the last floor).Regarding the service, it was terrible. We stayed for two weeks.We did not feel welcome when we arrived. The employee did not even look at us when we entered at first but instead looked at her phone or whatever. There was no explanation of the area or anything, just nothing.There was a time when the room smelled like urine when we came back from outside. On the same day, we also asked for cleaning before leaving. After we told them, we were accused and told it is normal for it to smell like that after staying for four or more days, which was ridiculous!On the last day at checkout, we were not even asked anything, such as how our stay was, etc.They showed zero hospitality to us as guests.

The room was small and the facilities ie the ensuite was not up to the standard that reflected the excessive price charged...also mold on the back of the ensuite door.

I liked that you had tea and coffee facilities

The beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard.There wasn't any milk to go with the tea and coffee

The location is good.The bed is comfy.The best thing is, shower water pressure is good.

The room is dark, small and very damp, floor is constanly wet. Toilet is too small, no dry area in toilet, once u shower, the whole toilet is wet.

The service is great

The room is quite small and not really relevant to the price. The water heater in the toilet is hard to adjust too.

The location was pretty good, close to places we wanted to go, not so far from Changi

We kinda thought we'd get maybe slippers at the room, and the original room we went in had a broken AC.

I not recommend this hotel

List of the things I didn’t like about the hotel:1. Aircond has a problem. You need to set and maintain the temperature at 16 degrees to AVOID THE FLOOR FROM WET AND MOISTURE. I can’t stand with cold temperatures so I set 25 degrees and of course I need to suck it up and walk in slippery floors every time I want to go to toilet. 2. Stupid room setup. I bought a 2 single bed room. WHY THE HELL the room to small that the bed position was side by side. It was like I booked a single queen bed because no gap at all. 3. First day I checked in, the towels that I got were very small. I thought it was for a kids, but I realised it was for adults. After the next room service, they replaced it with even bigger towel. 4. I CANNOT open the cabinets because the cabinets door was blocked by room main door.5. The main door is not the noise cancellation type. WHY DO I NEED TO HEAR my next door neighbours chatting and the cleaner door knocking and cleaning sounds every single time they walk past through our room. I cannot count how many times I wake up from sleep because of the noise. 6. Since the floor always wet because of the aircond, my clothes bag and the laptop bag are also wet. I need to use the hotel towel and put it under the bags to protect the bags. 7. The bedsheets always come out because the bedsheets are too small compared to the bed. Every time I wake up or make any movement the bedsheets will come off.
