Great location. Accomadation staff. Nice to have fridge.

Wish hand towels and face clothes included with available bath towels. The inclusion of glasses for brushing our teeth compare to 2 weeks ago when we stayed is very nice.

Good location, close to Metro. Nice to have fridge kettle and tea, coffee available. Stay I g pre and post cruise here and al.owed to leave one suitcase there to safe on paying for extra luggage on flight back. Our room was quiet and bright.

Wish there was face cloth, hand towels and cup to use for brushing teeth. Would have patronized small Store to support the ywca movement if it was oped during our time there.

Great location, close to 2 metro stations. Very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 1/2 mile walk. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Some of proceeds go toward funding women’s program :weaving entrepreneurship

It is very convenient.Although it is not a usual provision/service to help guests to bring their luggages down for check out, I was glad that the staff still did it. You see my guest is a 92 year-old lady from Sydney Australia who had a broken arm and leg about 3 years ago when she came to visit Singapore.

1. It took quite a while before a new water electric boiler was brought after the engineering/maintenance staff came to check that the one in the room was not working. The housekeeping staff should have checked that it is working before a new guest checks in.2. The position of the TV mounted on the side wall is not very friendly to the guest as it does not give a direct view from the bed. Also, there should be some instruction manual to help especially the seniors to know how to use it.

Highly professional staff from duty manager to security. Very accessible to city center.

Room is spacious and clean. Near Plaza Singapura.

The light inside the bathroom is quite dim

Sanitary equipment and towels need to be changed. My parents’ room had a bad smell.

This was an excellent hotel, with the bonus that as it is run by a charity all the profits are going to run projects to benefit disadvantaged people. Very good location, close to an MRT station, shops, bars and restaurants. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very good size room with excellent aircon.

Only location. Friendly stuff.

It looks like a dorm a lot of people, noisy. You cannot sleep at night . you hear at night everything was going on around. Bed not comfortable. not recommended for only maybe for youngsters who try to save money.

Hotel rooms need fragrance because they are quite old hotels...

What I particularly enjoyed about the hotel property was its immaculate cleanliness, the spacious and well-appointed rooms with comfortable bedding, the convenient location near key attractions and the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any requests.

The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city centre and to the lovely park. The breakfast (big selection of European and Asian food) can be decided ad hoc, which is very handy. The family room is very spacious. Additionally, water is delivered every day to the room.
