he is like the greeter when you first walk-in. He is very informative friendly and outgoing. He told us all about the area the bars the restaurants and best places to eat plus he helped us all throughout our stay. He is totally awesome!!

Rooms were clean and maintained well and it was located very central close to many interchange MRT stations within 10 mins of walk
Breakfasts were poor and AC sometimes did not work
We liked the location. The hotel is very close to a subway stop, so you can get there very easily from/to the airport. We walked to Chinatown from there too and to Clarke quay.
I know that is not the hotel's fault, but currently there is a lot of construction going on right outside, the road is closed. The hotel is a bit old and smells musty.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet but a little variety would have been great.
1. Noisy due to the construction happening just next door that they could've offered a more discounted stay - I would've extended my stay. 2. Internet speed is mediocre - only around 1Mbps. Moved to Hotel Snow for half the price and it's 30Mbps.
No value for money. Room is like a matchbox. Bed wasn¿t comfortable
