I was attending the RELC conference, so it was exactly where I needed to be (the next closest hotel is a 10+ minute walk).

There's no on-site coffee shop or other place for a quick bite; you have to reserve the breakfast buffet at least a day in advance. They do have vending machines for coffee and juice, but it's not quite the same.

Staff service poor. Do not provide mineral water in the room. No restaurants near the hotel.

Cleanliness and good location

The room and hotel in general was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was very accommodating and found a room for us to check-in an hour earlier. Checking out was as fast and simple as just returning the key card over to reception. This hotel was such a lucky find for us given that almost all the hotels within and around the city center were fully booked and highly expensive given the Formula 1 race event. I cannot comment anything about the food as we opted to dine outside and order meals through Grab. We hope to stay here again when we return to Singapore.

It would be nice to have one bed side table for each bed with power points access for each bed. There was only one in the room for one of the beds while the other had none.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are very willing to assist. The male staff member (whose name I forgot) went out of his way to accompany us to the shortcut to the bus stop.

The restaurant opens late.

Staff were so kind and friendly! I am so grateful that how they welcomed me with a nice smile and hospitality. The room was spacious and comfortable. Simple, nothing luxurious, but very clean. I was very happy.

we were given an early check in as we arrived early from early flight with child. Female on duty made the check in with ease sine I preferred cash immediately card charge was reversed , she also helped us to find a place for breakfast.

When raining it is inconvenient to go out as there were no nearby shelters.

there were a lot of small cockroaches in the room. other than the annoying cockroaches the room is splendid.

The kitchen staffs and their services No t filling up empty tray with food , serving cold food , not cleaning or emptying dinning table for the next person .Giving lots of excuses for not doing things properly

In overall, the hotel facilities were great and worth the money. The room size is large in comparable to the other hotel in SG.

There is no nearby attractions or shopping malls. It is quite far from the MRT. Only limited bus available.

STAFF are not so FRIENDLY, (no a raisist but most if them are INDIANSi travelled with my 2year old kid and Senior Mother, we have to bring up our own luggage, NOBODY assited US..AIRCON was leaking on our first and third dayNO BIDET

Room big enough for 4 pax.

The breakfast buffet could have been better with more varieties of food. Breakfast varieties need improvement.Not worth the $15 paid.
