Everything in the room was broken, the washroom door, the kettle.

A comfortable clean hotel with great staff. Really well looked after by all the staff. special mention for Kamala and Marzuki

The breakfast was a set menu but the food was all pretty good. I honestly didn't know what to expect from this place as the decor looked very ostentatious from the pictures. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The hotel is in an excellent location and the king sized bunk beds were different but fun.

The only thing that would have made it 10/10 is if there was access to a pool nearby as the hotel did not have it's own. The shower was cramped but it's Singapore so you can't expect a full size bathtub ;)

Cozy, clean, good food and service.

The location is perfect - 3 minute walk to the Farrer Station and the mall where there is Donki and a lot of food choices. It is also a stone’s throw from a hospital.

There is no ramp in the entrance (1-step) and we needed to carry the wheelchair with the passenger everytime we go in and out of the hotel. It was such a hassle. The whole of Singapore is wheelchair-accessible EXCEPT the hotel.

The location of this Hotel was excellent. The Farrer MRT was only 1block away. Farrer MRT is located behind the hotel near a hospital and a Holiday Inn Hotel. The area has plenty of restaurants, stores , businesses, etc. Bus lines and MRT is only a short walk away. My room faced the city streets, across the street was a mall and another mall near the corner. I had plenty of sun light in the mornings. The room was very small but ornate. The bathroom shower was very nice. There is no storage areas in the room . My suitcase set on the suitcase caddy. There was no room to walk around in the room. Lounging is on your bed. I enjoyed the breakfast & evening appetizers along with 2 drinks. The staff was very helpful. I needed a taxi to airport at 02:30 am . The front desk ordered me a taxi & helped me with my luggage. The hotel was very right for me .

My standard room was very very small but ornate. There was not enough storage areas.

Good location, crossing distance from MRT. A nasi Kandar just in front.

The property is clean. However rooms are too small. The bathroom has a drain smell and had hand bidet. And the room was very noisy as located in front of the lift.The welcome snacks were great. However breakfast underwhelming. The description on the menu was too exaggerated.Also I have been asked to pay a deposit and 1 week later they still haven’t refund.The restaurant people were very kind and attentive, however Kamala from the reception was very unwelcoming.

Unique style, very very clean, excellent staff. Breakfast was awesome and Location too.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. But guessing it's the norm in Singapore...and unlike US size.

The location was awesome, right next to the station and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not sound proof rooms, we got woken up by other people every night we were there. You could hear babies crying, cleaners, people vomiting and any chatter in the hallway. There were visible dust in the room and the breakfast food was poor.

It came with free breakfast. But we didn't have time for the lounge access.

The room was ok but slightly cramped for 2 adults & 2 kids. As it was difficult putting luggage open. But the kids loved the double decker bed.

This property was an 11/10. Everything was perfection. The ambiance of the plants outside, the decor - from very cool vintage patterns on chairs and couches to oriental rugs lining the check in desk, the pattern and design was mesmerizing. I made a mistake with my booking and it was up to the hotel if they wanted to help me or not and they extended me a goodwill gesture. In a world that at times can feel heavy, recognizing that sometimes people make honest mistakes and extending them the benefit of the doubt goes a long way. Because of this gesture from the hotel we want to come back again and stay longer next time. It made our whole trip! The rooms are so cute and the king bunk bed was a hit! We’ve been traveling now for 12 days and that was by far our best night sleep! It was luxurious beds. We also bought the package with dinner and breakfast included and I would highly recommend. Both meals were great but dinner was THE BEST Indian food we’ve ever eaten. Thank you for a perfect stay your charming and beautiful country, we will no doubt be back and more than that thank you Kamila and Sing for your generosity and extraordinary kindness and care! Serangoon Hotel is an absolutely beautiful hotel that showcases the artistic Indian inspired interior. What we love the most is it’s located a min away from Farrer Park MRT and City Square Mall. Rooms are perfectly designed for families or groups traveling to Sinagpore. As much as we’d like to talk about the hotel. I’d rather talk about their amazing staff and how well we were taken care of. From the moment we set foot in the hotel we were treated with exceptional hospitality. Big thanks to the sweetest and accommodating KAMALA and the rest of the staff Marzuki, Hamzah for being so kind in assisting our needs, helping with our luggages, giving us tips in touring around the city. And to our personal favorite food server IMAN who always shows his kindness and approachability in handling our requests. We will definitely comeback on our next trip! ?

Food and location excellent

Room a little small for four

Hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff was exceptional specially Kamal, Praba, Farhana, Hari and Gursimran. Location is ideal and lots of food choices near by with mall located within walking distance.Rooms were very small and had barely an extra space even for luggages but we adjusted so no complains.

Not too much unfortunately.

Breakfast was okay but the selection was very limited and having to pay to add more than one selection to your plate is ridiculous. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was too cramped. I couldn't even open the curtains unless I crawled over the bed.The property refused to give me a printout of the hotel bill and said I could only get this from Booking.com. This was the first time ever I was told this by the property and have used booking.com many times.

The staff were absolutely lovely - so helpful! We had a little plumbing issue but they resolved it straight away by transferring us to another room, which ended up being an upgrade. The dining experience was wonderful. Such professional, helpful and friendly staff. We loved our stay - thank you! Also loved the decor - felt like royalty!
