The rooms are very small and we didn’t even get room slippers, inadequate facilities , but the front office staff are nice and helpful

Comfort, cleanliness, location. Hotel staff politeness, patience and professionalism.Able to fulfil customers' requests.

I like that the receptionist named Sir Chris was very accomodating!and even if our check-in time was 3pm, we went there early around 11am, He Let us stay and check in without paying extra amount! and that is I think a good customer service!

The location is excellent specially for muslim people. Sultan mosque is nearby and lots of muslim restaurants are available with quality food. Hotel stuff are very cordial.

The room has no Window or glass view.

Good location for Kampong Glam with interesting streets to explore nearby, good bars and shops. Nicoll Highway MRT station is a short, safe walk through an air conditioned mall and bridge over the road. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Rooms are quite basic. The windows are sealed shut so always dark and no view, and there's quite a lot of noise from the road out the front at certain times. Beds could be more comfortable.

Location is very good, close to Mrt with lots of shops near and cafes for breakfast

There were some problems with accepting cards. Indian cards don’t work at all, other require additional manipulations to arrange the payment

Didn’t have control of the aircon way to cold. First day asked the staff to change the settings. The room was freezing couldn’t sleep. Then the next morning ask the staff to put aircon at 24. What a difference slept like a baby.

Perfect location.Near to Haji Lane, Bugis Junction.Bus stop.Specially close ti mosque and halal restaurant.??

No windows to connect to fresh air.Cover the wall with painting ☺️No jet washer to wash after urinate.No shower curtain so the water splashing to everywhere during take a bath.We can't use a toothpaste cause no tooth paste's cover to help us make a hole on the tube ?Try open another package it's same too.The blanket so thin.

staff is friendly. we filed a complaint that one of our short was lost and we left it on bed in the morning. maybe during making up of room cleaner accidentally get everything on bed. the receptionist keep help us to follow up the report to the cleaning department. good location

As a muslim, im glad to find the room had ample space for my prayer mat.The housekeeping done daily with basic amenities like fresh towels, toothbrush provided.Location is good, convenient with bus stops and mrt short walking distance.

minor things only, just to share here:Toilet didnt have a bidet (but sink was next to it)No fridge in the room.Lift to upper floors but the rooms on the floors can be split levels so to get to some rooms there are few stairs within the corridors which may be an issue for heavy luggages or mobilitylimitations.

Location. Close to Haji lane, Little India and Bugis MRT. Other locations like Merlion are not too far either. Daily room service - clean towels and bed sheets/pillows everyday. We requested 2 x rooms, they were close to each other. Great if you are moving around the city in the day and need a place to crash for the night. Rooms where clean.

No windows. The windows are screwed shut and sealed No view. No outside light entering the room. Toilet amenities like toilet roll and hand wash/soap missing. Taking a shower results in the entire bathroom/toilet getting wet. Bed can be a bit uncomfortable. The external air conditioning unit was just outside one of our rooms. When it went on it felt like an aircraft engine starting. Can be bothersome while trying to sleep at night.

Location is okay.

The room I was given was not on the same level as the Lift. I had to walk down around 5 stairs to go to the level of my room. Took my own luggage. Cannot adjust the aircon. Room is too small for a couple. The room next to mine was given to a couple but when they enter, a part of the ceiling was leaking. A cleaner was seen taking a photo of it. Even if it was not my room, isn't that ridiculous? Any room in any Hotel they should have the room ready for their guests when they checked in.

Clean facilities.The Heritage antique shop is less than a minute walk.

The room was small and no windows. Also, there was no mini fridge in the room booked.

Room looked nothing like photos, tiny room. So small you needed to open suitcase on bed and close it up to sleep. Bathroom was a wet room ( no shower cubical) so very uncomfortable with everything wet.

Fake windows with no sun in the room, mold in the ceiling. Very small rooms

i like heritage hotel 81 because is near to my husband working place. I have been there every month i like level 0225But yesterday was given 0125. There is no cupboard no hamger. How to hang our uniform without hanger. Can say i am a regular customer
