The location was perfect! Close to many restaurants, walking distance to the marina, and the met is a few doors away.

It's my second time in this hotel, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms modern clean with a comfortable bed. The location is wonderful near to a few MTR stations and the Bugis.

The staff made a mistake on interpreting my booking, and almost made me pay S$360 more. I had to be quite assertive to prevent this. The washing facility only takes coins. Regardless of the cycle it makes you pay a full amount, so if you need 10 dollars but insert 8 dollars because that’s all you have, the 8 dollars are gone and the drying doesn’t do anything. They should invest in a card reader so you can pay digitally. Small thing but annoying.

Quite liked the room readiness as it was equipped with baby cot as requested and overall a clean room. The staff service was efficient and warm from check in & check out and housekeeping. Good nights rest every night. Location really close to MRT & bus stops as well as 7eleven and food dynasty food court.

The loading/unloading area for taxi is just the side road. So it was a struggle when using taxis with impatient drivers while trying to carry a baby, luggage and stroller out.

It is located very near to the Bencoolen subway, and also near about Subway line. There was ample desk space so that I could do some work, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. I only regret that I forgot to bring a swimsuit so I couldn't use the pool.

On occasion I had trouble connecting to the wifi because of my anti-virus software, but I was usually able to connect if I added exceptions.

No bidet in the bathroom. All the marked switches in the room were not easily readable. No self service ice dispensers.

The hotel is right next to Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT metro station. The room is spacious and there are enough food options.

I booked for my guest and his wife for their honeymoon (2 months before) and already sent them a message (They replied, and even mentioned my guest name in the message and everything seemed fine)... Then upon checking, my guest went there 1- They made him feel like they didn't even expect him to arrive and made the check in very poorly. 2- They sent him a cake complimentary but out my name, even though I mentioned my guests name which embarrassed me with them. 3- They deducted the whole amount from my CC, then told the guest that he didn't pay and must pay again. I understand this process, but now, they deducted from him, and from me. And its been 9 days, and the amount has not returned to me. So I have to call them, and pay for my international phone bill. Overall, BAD experience for my guest and me. Absloutley would not book again here. I will surprised even if a Manager took an initiative to reply to me to follow up. My email is [email protected] ..
