Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora

location and proximity to atrractions

walls are thin, not super clean, and staff (porters) pretty average

The hotel was in a great location very close to Universal Studios. Walking distance!! Great shoppes around the hotel.

When we checked in, our hotel room wasn't finished. It was under maintenance and the staff didn't have great communication with each other. They moved us to a different room.

The location is very good.

Free wifi only for one device, and no free wifi even in public area such as hotel lobby, this is very ridiculous in today's world. Bathroom has some bad drainage smell. Overall, price doesn't match with what we get.

Comfortable bed and nice sheets

Just a little old

Bed very comfortable

Noise from outside. Changed room had very nice view of forest

I like the room's space enough to take our baby crib.I like that they prepared the baby crib in the room before we even reached there. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We got a stroller from the great concierge since ours was lost in the airlines. The concierge are really helpful, supportive, and very friendly. The breakfast restaurant reception (Fish) got our daughter excited every day in the waiting queue. This hotel exceeded our expectations and literally made a great impression about Singapore!!We loved observing the small gestures and things like the wall maintained since 2010 for the first hotel (Festive Hotel) in Sentosa.

We hate that we missed this place immediately the following day, even though we are still in Singapore but in a different hotel.

There are lots of choices for breakfast and it was so great. Just find it a bit expensive but service and food selections are good. I love the TWG assorted flavors. Lots of bread selections. love it.

Location was perfect, very cozy and clean room, nice staff.

There were some rough parts but the staffs ( Khea and Dominique) were nice to help and settle for us.

Room was very very good. Clean, very well furnished and well maintained plus bed was very comfortable. Staff was very good, got an early check in with late check out. No fuss.

Hotel ora feel luxurious and ultra clean Love the buffet breakfast and the super comfortable bed and sheets

The price will be better if it was slower still it was great value for money considering the good quality of the hotel and the amenities offered

Free water park voucher

Sentorsa MonoRail charge is expensive. We forgot the QR code.

Great location, easy access to nearby attractions. Room is spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast buffet is ok.

The towels are overused with dark spots on it making it look dirty.

Location is perfect and room is elegant, clean and comfy.

Location, courteous staff, spacious room, TV had netflix! Indoor connection to the casino. Close to nearby attractions. Breakfast was perfect with very helpful staff.

Nothing really.

Stafffree mini bar drinks

they removed the family room and I wish they consider bring it back.

I am very grateful to stay at this hotel, it is close to all entertainment places, clean and elegant.I would also like to thank all the reception staff, especially Cathy and the lady whose name I forgot, who showed us to the rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It would be great if there was a bidet provided in the toilet.

The location is fantastic. It is easy to walk to different parts of Sentosa from Hotel Ora. It's a short walk and train ride to Vivo City. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly.

It would have been great to have the pool bar open beyond 5PM.
