SCAM! MOLD! AVOID! HEALTH HAZARD! SMELLS!

The walls of the smallest and most cramped room I've ever seen were covered in mold, and a strong smell of mold and mildew makes this place a health hazard to stay in. Looked like a scene from a horror movie. Read the reviews, and avoid this place at all costs. Tried to get a refund for the unacceptable conditions, but was unable to. It's basically a scam. Once you've booked or checked in, your money is gone. I booked a different hotel within one hour of checking in. Others I showed the pictures to said they would have run out of the room screaming before closing the door. Will be reporting it to the Ministry of Health.

Locality of hotel is the only best thing.

The room that I booked wasn't cleaned at all. Walls were damaged and continuously sleeping. Bathroom ceiling too was seeping continuously. In spite of my repeated request to fix the problems or give an alternate room was IGNORED. The help desk wasn't helpful and rude. I wonder how come they got SG clean certificate. The stay at this hotel and the rude staffs gave a mental agony.

Bad hotel

Tiny, miniscule rooms. Toilet doors got stuck on 1st day there. The employee tried "fixing" it by trying to Jimmy the lock with a credit card. Mattresses were like rocks. Toilet had mould stains and water dripping from above. Shower starts off at lava temperatures then goes to a mellow lukewarm and ultimately cold.

it's a dump, not a hotel

they gave me a room without a window, the room has only a bed and basically boards with mattresses, I practically did not sleep. there is a bathroom the size of a telephone booth. At 6am there was hot water for minutes. They wanted an extra $60 for letting in so far 2 hours before. If you are alone go to a hostel. Overall drama as in the photos I attach

The location is great, next to Mustafa, and near Farrer Park train station. Lots of Indian restaurants. There is also a public swimming pool at Jalan Besar, which I could not access since I am Malaysian citizen. And there is a shopping mall next to train station.

Rooms too small. Bed not comfortable. Whilst there is a kettle in the room, no complimentary coffee. For the price charged, breakfast would be included in Malaysia.

I do agree that the price is very low comparing with other hotel and the location is really good. There are so many stores and restaurant nearby. The MRT also only 500 meters.

However, the hotel condition is really poor. The room is so humid, the aircon also really old. there are so many mold in the wall and the hot water in the bathroom cant work well.

I have gotten stinky mold dump room.It is the worst room which I had ever had.The staff offer me me upgrade room for extra 100 S$.For this money I could find nice clean room.My suggestion is avoid this place.TV etc doesn't works....

Good Location

Conjusted room,smelly blankets, and pillows

Receptionist was rude without etiquettes, un-professional and not even stand up from his chair to welcome.The reception area and most of other area was very smelling like enter in some warehouse (some kind of medicine smell).Room was very small and smelly and you cannot think about attached toilet without shatab /bathroom ( You cannot stand even to take shower or better to sit on toilet seat). NO TV and no any facilities (They don't even provide the water).Overall very bad experience and never recommend for anyone. Only location was very good.

Un professional and rude behaviours of receptionist. They don't speak in good manners. The smell in all area.They charge full but facilities were less ( they mentioned TV but not working and not bother to change the room or repair it). No facilities ( no drinking water even). Mosquito were welcoming the guest in room.

The property was not maintained at all. Loose taps, air con was set at freezing temperatures and remote were not working. Do not get tempted with low cost for stay

No proper maintenance. The remote for air con was not working. informed the management but no action was taken. They requested to adjust myself. It was freezing and they were not able to rectify.

Mouldy Toilet walls, towels were not well washed and passed its usable period, poor condition of living room, bed sheet was not clean.

It's convenient, very near MRT, Food Court and many restaurants around

Very busy and noisy outside , the hotel room's furniture is very old and not proper furnished.

The extra charges charged for arriving sometime early.. beds were uncomfortable.. cleanliness not upto mark.. towels were too bad.. in 5 days even a bottle of water wasn't provided.. but the charges charged were bomb.. no lights in the room. Very dull room

This was a cheap option for a couple of nights. The location was in an area of Singapore I had not explored before.

The beds were very small in width and you felt like you would roll off. The rooms aren’t very sound proof and I was about to clearly hear the people sitting outside of my room talking loudly on their phones until 2:30am. the TV didn’t work at all.

The rooms were clean and the size was ok

Booked a room from 13 January 2023 to 18 January 2023. Tried to check in on 16 January 2023, I'm told that I have been only booked for 2 days. I said never mind give me a room now and I was informed there were no rooms available. So what happened to my booking till 18 January 2023. After I had booked another room for the night, then the check-in staff inform me that my booking was correct and asked me to head down to the hotel, because, now they have a room availble.
