Location, size of apartment and amenties within, decent sized pool, staff very helpful. Internet was fantastic.

It doesn't have room service for simple evening meal. Breakfast isn't available on the weekend. The main door to apartment has a large gap at the bottom. A rubber privacy seal would fix it.

Very little

New and modern clean rooms and facilities. Tile floor throughout, good sized room they put me on the top floor which was great and although it was a studio it felt more like a 1 bedroom. Well equipped kitchenette, 2 TVs , washer/dryer in unit, nice bathroom and modern shower with good water pressure. Housekeeping was great too 6 days a week if needed. Good but small gym.

WiFi cut out every now and then probably due to occupancy, I love walking so location didn’t bother me but it is 15-20 minutes walk to nearest grocery

I had a cockroach in my room. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There wasn’t much of a variety to choose from.

The Le Grove exceeded our expectations. It was a great apartment, well appointed, cleaned everyday. The pool was great and very quiet. The complimentary breakfast each morning was an unexpected bonus. And the complimentary bus service was an excellent way to get around the city.

A very modern and nuce, clean apartment hotel.. The hotel operates a shuttle bus service every hours to/from the city centre every hour.

They serve only a continental type of breafast during the week days. Nothing during week ends.

It was clean and spacious and perfect for a couple. The location was close to Orchard Rd and there was a shuttle to Orchard Rd every hour.

There was a musty odour in our apartment that was there although it wasn’t prominent.

A bit far from the city centre

Rooms and residence was tired and a bit antiquated. Bed was hard.

The quiet location with free shuttle to Orchard.It is a serviced apartment, so more spacious than a regular hotel room.

This is our 3rd time here. We liked it because it is quiet and you don’t really hear the neighbours. However, this time round we heard our neighbours at odd hours of the night that disturbed our sleep.

Location: Buses heading downtown and further (Chinatown) or towards the nearest MRT (Stevens) are 5 minutes by foot away. Then there is the free shuttle service though we did not use it. Amenities in the appartment: being able to cook properly (and not just reheat food)) a plus. Pool: deep and long enough one can really swim. Laundry room well equipped.

Main peeve was with the dehumidifier/filter in the room. Since we don't use them at home (Europe) we were not aware that they would stop functionning once full. As a result the rooms became very clamy with bath towels never drying which over the weekend (no service) was a problem. It took two days to get back to normal. There should be a notice near the device for those who've never seen one in their life.... Breakfast IS a bit limited but then that is true for lots of hotels nowadays. Laundry room a bit on the expensive side.

The apartment was roomy and enough for 2 people. The shower was excellent! The lounge room with the massage chair was a great feature! We were able to relax after check-out before heading to the airport.

No shuttle on Sundays and breakfast on weekends. It would have been nice to have a toaster in the unit.

It’s feel home, walking distance from orchards MRT but for me, I like a little exercise. Is not big deal. Overall I love it.
