Kranji Sanctuary Resort

Small room, not like what’s show in photos. There are snails inside the bathroom. If someone wants meningitis it’s a good place to get the disease. Also it’s so remote that getting a bottle of water is difficult. No option for food too! They just give you rooms and that’s all and you are on your own!

the bed was comfortable and there was great basic necessities there for personal use

1. The customer service was disgusting . I asked for help at the start and they were nice about it ,, but when i came again to ask for help on something else , they gave me attitude. 2. How it was really noisy there and unsafe . There was so much going on from 9pm onwards . A fight broke out during some type of kuda kepang event ?? and there were police involved ?? All my family and friends were scared and felt unsafe , even me . 3. It’s outrageous that I had to pay $261.60 for a standard room which is barely big enough to be able to fit anybody in . The price was so not worth it for a room as big as that . And to ads a bbq pit , i had to pay $50 extra ??

The staff were very helpful at reception

This is a basic hotel option that meets the needs of a comfortable place to stay. There are no services or food associated with this resort ( at least during my stay) and due to its location no local food options within walking distance. You definitely need a car as the area is not well served with public transport or easy access to taxis. We chose the resort for its close location to the work site we were attending. On that basis (proximity to where we needed to be) the resort was perfect.Do not underestimate the effort it will take to get a taxi or similar to Changi airport if this is required. Plan well ahead otherwise you may be missing your flight.

I have always love the location of ur resort. As i book too late, the room with spa was fully occupied and i didnt manage to upgrade to it

It was so noisy during my stay. Outside got ppl play the drum for from the moment i book in till very late midnight. It was really annoying.

The toilet was beautiful

Too much of insects flying into the room and crawling all over our bed. We got bitten by too many mosquitos as well.

wifi good..location peaceful very Bali style resort.pet friendly...U can bring pet along..There is a nearby eatery (gallop)only 5mins walk from yr villa which open from 3 to 3 am.will come back

Privacy with private parking space

Mosquitoes!!!!!! Especially at night. There's no point having a balcony cos there's no way we could sit and chill there due to mosquitoes bite. It was outrageous. Food is a nightmare there. The only restaurant shut down for good, and if we do not have transport, we could die of hunger there. Grabfood will not send to this location after 5pm cos was told the winding roads are not safe & considering the poorly lit area.

A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Surrounded by nature, a great place to recharge. The room is clean, facilities and basic appliances are all great. Surprisingly, there's no mosquitoes at all. Superb!

Somehow the wifi is very choppy and laggy. Might be due to too many users connected creathing high bandwith traffic. Surrounded by nature so be ready to have the missus scream from seeing a gecko at the door and the occasional insects flying but its uncommon tho. Nothing bothersome.

The entire management of Kranji Resort. Sent our feedback and was shocked to receive their HR's reply that he is not interested to know about our feedback. Staff name Swee is very rude. All WhatsApp conversations saved as well as Rizki Monang (HR Director) conversation with us saved. Such a shame that such service is able to qualify in Singapore.Laughed at us when we highlighted gjted gate was unable to close.Replied unprofessionally when highlighted on issues we faced during our stay.Debated the fact that they had give discount if we book directly with them and they help to cancel. But we didn't bring this topic up. We are grateful and in fact replied politely in WA. Don't know why Swee kept mentioning abt this.HR Director is not qualify to be one. His way of reply speaks alot on why Swee was rude.

The recep staff helpful in providing directions on phone. Polite and try best to answer enquiry via WhatsApp if after office hours. The room amenities provided is ok. Bathtub spa type, even though that category of room might seem a bit pricey based on resort remote location. For local staycation.

The resort itself no f&b outlets or convinience store at all. And food delivery depending on timing. Too late, hard to get. The shuttle bus from MRT also short hours. So unless own transport. Villa has own drive in parking porch. Very pitch dark quiet outside villa, it's the less city landscape u will experience. The farms not very nearby, so if want experience, have to do it early before sunset based on the Kranji Shuttle Bus Schedule.

There is no feeling of a protected area vacation here, and the park, with very few people, has various facilities, but almost all of them are closed. It adds a somewhat eerie and even desolate imagination out of nowhere. The toilet pipes are broken, the rooms are small, and there are inconvenient steps. When you open the door, you are surrounded by various insects. The blue mosquito repellent lamp, although not very effective at repelling mosquitoes, adds an eerie atmosphere for no reason. What's even more exaggerated is that someone knocks on the back door to inform you of things after nightfall. (Later, I found out it was the staff.)"

It’s wonderfully secluded, completely away from the noise of the city. Lots of greenery ? for anyone who needs the peace and quiet, there’s no other place I know of in sunny Singapore!

Surrounding at night cannot sleep many mosquitoes and surrounding very quiet plce the toilet not privacy i reach there around 6pm actualy 2pm because i wrk i came around 6 but i check out 11am unfair right

I literally pay $480 for the chalet just for a night, but is definitely not worth the money. The bed have many ants, mosquitoes there’s even worm on the walls.

The shower facility is awesome. Aircon is good.

Could really use some dining option at the resort. Probably should arrange shuttle bus to nearest mrt station to get more business.
