The property has a modern, minimalist design and feels fresh and well-maintained. The location is excellent—quiet, green surroundings near Rochester Mall, Buona Vista MRT, and plenty of cafés. It’s convenient without being crowded.

There’s no full restaurant, concierge, or room service. Feel it’s a bit self-service.

New an clean rooms. Quite close to MRT station and buses and some restaurants and cafes. Good for people that need a place close to the National University of Singapore (NUS). There's a refresh room with a shower, electric sockets, and couches that people who already checked out can use, which is great.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff very nice and helpful. The pool was nice, and we were almost always the only people there. Also, the other outdoor sitting area / gardens were very nice.

I did not like the pool loungers. They were not comfortable.

The staff of receptionist and restaurant are very friendly and helpful, good services. Even the location is not very conveniently, but still recommended this hotel. One of the feedback is - suggested that can have a vending machine in the lobby or nearby reception counter to better match the customer needs.

Modern, clean, spacious, good location, near eateries and staffs were friendly. Will definitely like to be back.

It’s was a great stay with awesome team looking after my needs. Although I wish I had been allocated a garden room like I did previously. They were kind to offer me a premier room on the next day but I had already settled down in my assigned room on the 6/F.Love the quietness and ambience surrounding the hotel and its greenery. A convenient spot to access to eateries and transportation.Will very likely come back to stay.♥️Highly recommended.

The staff is very attentive and pay attention to guest arriving! The welcoming vibe and the commitment to their work extend beyond the front-of-house staff, the focus on details is quite evidential in the amenities cleanliness throughout the day/time.

I accidentally double booked the room when I booked it via google search thinking it was directly the hotel's website. However there were hidden costs and taxes. Luckily I'd rebooked it via booking.com, the rates were substantially different between the sites. Upon following up with the hotel, they told me that they would contact the 3rd party site, which was Agoda, and have requested that they do a full refund. The price difference between the two sites were more than double. Very helpful and accommodating staff at reception (Bel) for helping me in resolving this duplicate booking issue. The room was clean and very peaceful, which was perfect for a quiet stay.

A bit further than our last hotel to the MRT and shopping malls, but they are not far - within 5 to 10 min walk from lobby.

Lovely hotel in great location for University and Hospital! The staff were SO lovely and made me feel really welcome.

The location is quite far from downtown but it is so accessible by train. It is also convenient that it is on the same line of the airport train and you just have to transfer one time. The room is so cozy and clean. You have an option for the standard wifi and faster wifi too.

Location is central and good for business meetings in the area. Walkable to an impressive local mall (not designer) and lots of restaurants and shops. Nice outdoor area outside our room with chairs.

There were clothes moths in our room! It needed to be cleaned deeply to get rid of them. We had to go down and ask a receptionist to switch off the light behind our bed to go to sleep, which she had to do by accessing the electric box! Noone answered the phone to help us despite it being around midnight. The lobby has a super strong diffuser smell that hurt my eyes. Staff did not offer to help with bags or anything else. Have to fetch your own water rather than there being a filter in your room. No sheer curtains and random people walked by unexpectedly in the morning. The room is a bit too small for suitcases and the mattress was hard. I prefer Amara hotel for a similar price point but much better rooms and feel!

I like the cozy environment in common area and everything was found super clean. Fitness gym opens 24 hours a day. And the part I loved the most in the room is the rain shower，which the power is so great that it flushes away all the fatigue.
