The room doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel in my opinion My daughter got sick she couldn’t go down for breakfast but the staff at counter not allowed to bring anything except bread I asked for eggs or something else but not allowed it’s really bad

Lacklustre room amenities Not even a smart TV. Not to mention the complimentary chocolates for our wedding anniversary arrived late.

I like location it has chatter box. About breakfast it’s very good, It has yogurt and many kinds of asean and euroupe food.

The pool is very small and not a good location. But that 1.2 deept is good. Actually I would like to complain about bathroom, it cleans- the staff works very well but I don’t like to have shower in the bath tube. It should separates. And it doesn’t has water spray at the toilet.

Great location central to shopping and the best food options.

Executive lounge evening food options are limited.. consider eating out as there are plenty of awesome door options.

Its location is very convenient

The location whilst convenient also lacks a sense of place. The local phone call is very expensive S$6.00 !! Cheaper with my roaming mobile.

The location is wonderful if you want to be at the heart of Orchard Rd

The rooms are nicely done and large enough. Comfortable and bathroom was good size

The location is perfect for shopping and walking around Orchard Street. The rooms were spacious and the reception staff were friendly. I received an upgrade and early checkin free of charge.

Everything was satisfactory.

I like the location of the hotel and rooms are clean and good size. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

1. Hotel staff not providing proper instruction for parking 2. Parking ticket issued at reception cannot be use at the exit false instruction 3. Food at breakfast n the staff interaction not good .

the bed and pillow quality is lacking for me, pillows are hard, bed mattress is not comfortable , i was a bit dissapointed with sleep quality cause everything else was perfect

I like location near shopping mall or shop for brand name. There are many facilities and it is close to the train station. The staff are lovely and provide good service. The bed is soft and the curtains are blackout, so no light can escape, making it easy and comfortable to sleep.

The housekeeper changes the towels every day but does not take the old ones back, resulting in more towels in the room every day. Some days I forget to put down the doormat.

Location and the staff

The bathroom door got stuck and it took quite a while before it was opened, but they apologized to me and I forgave them.

Rooms and toilet are great, breakfast food is also excellent.

Im already senior and i dont really like the bath tub coz its a bit dangerous when going in and out due to slippery. I like the normal shower type room.

The location is good. The room is spacious with enough light.The breakfast was really nice.

Nothing particularly. But I had some problems with the booking. The first problem was my booking included two 13 years old children, and since they are above 12 years old they can no longer enjoy children policy ( a lesser price), I paid the same prices as adults. Yet, when I was checking-in one of the front desk staff insisted I had only paid children price and ask me to pay for more.And the other thing was i booked a twin room with 3 adults, I was worried if I need to book and extra bed, so i checked the question area in booking.com, the hotel stated the room comes with a roll-away bed if we book for 3 people in a room. However, I got questioned by the staff and I had to find the answer in the question area as a proof.Well, luckily everything got solved in the end. But I hope they make the information clearer between the hotel and booking.com.

perfect location above the mandarin gallery. bathrooms were impeccable and i love that there is bidet in the seat.

the price is too much. the breakfast wasn't a fit for the price. it is good but not at this price point.
