The staff in the club lounge were exceptional.Jetrix and Ana made our stay very enjoyable and special.There attention to detail and personalities made our stay.

Great pool, although the water was pretty cold, surprisingly enough. Lovely greenery everywhere. Gracious and informative staff.

This was our second stay at this facility, and our room this time was a bit subpar. The carpet had some stains, the shower did not drain very well, and so the room felt a bit tired.

Stunning design, amazing "hotel-in-a-garden" concept, spacious rooms with modern amenities and spectacular city views. Located in the heart of Chinatown, it allows easy access to nearby attractions like the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Gardens by the Bay.

The breakfast did not provide enough choices for Muslim visitors.

The curtains in the room. The staff from valet to front desk to in-room, to dining - all were exceptional and friendly. Front desk even informed me of Hawker Center’s when I said I couldn’t swing the breakfast buffet price for work per diem reimbursement.

All staff members here are exceptional from check in to steam room. I particularly appreciated the quality and cleanliness of my room and the facilities, and the delicious food offered via room service after long travels. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and give you a natural feel whilst in the city.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Smells great! They were able to get us 2 rooms across from each other for our family of 4. All the staff was amazing - with a special shout out to Samuel - and so nice and accommodating. Rooms are modern, well designed for the space with a pocket door toilet and sliders to cordon off the bathroom. Views were lush. Great blackout shades. They extended checkout and you can use the pool/shower area after check out - so convenient for our late night flight. Lots of little touches in the room. If you checked in on line they comped you all the initial items in the minibar. Location excellent. For such a swank hotel it’s great value. The greenery and architecture are spectacular

room was spacious and clean... loved the tall ceiling and windows. Not sure if it was because we stayed in a suite. Bathrooms were well equipped which was lovely with good appliances (e.g., hairdryer and soap/lotions)

bathrooms were a bit dark though... would have been nice to be able to adjust the brightness... the WC especially was too dark.

Beautiful, modern, and green. The staff was always so kind and helpful. The room was very comfy. I did get up sold to club level so I could check in early but I could’ve waited & checked my bags too.

Club level didn’t have enough value for me. It provided a tasty breakfast but otherwise the food times were inconvenient for my schedule. I wish there was always a snack and drink available in the club.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Super eco friendly with the pool area feeling like it’s located in a hidden garden. Walking distance to China Town and Clarks Quay, great accommodations to stay at while in Singapore. Staff is super friendly as well.

So many rules, couldn't check earlier and they didn't let my kid sleep on the chair coz we came 8 am, over priced buffet, I kept asking to re fill, not worth 110 dollars for the buffet, also desperate to keep asking to pay, wait for a bit I'll pay, also no re fill of room bar, bad coffee . Swimming poolNot heated and very cold.

Staff was wonderful, location very convenient, and breakfast was delicious.

The room got super cold (19 Celsius), and we couldn't seem to get it to stay at 22 or 23 Celsius without turning it off and on through the night. So, although it was a comfortable bed, we didn't sleep well. Someone was sent to look at it, but said it was working properly.

Beautiful building. Fantastic concierge service. Convenient location next to Chinatown.

Room didn’t smell fresh. It just smelled damp. Pool was okay. Not luxurious enough. Jacuzzi was not hot at all.

There was a currency exchange machine and they ask me to pay by Singapore dollar at the time I had only USD then they told me to exchange in the machine when I exchanged the deference between out side rate and the machine rate was too deference like 230 Singapore dollar deference for 1000 usd as a new comers I didn’t know that when I use that machine I felt like I got cheated ☹️

Pool

Overpriced. I booked through booking.com. They quoted me total price of 780 and after that was 1000. At this point not booking or the company has provided an explanation.

Location is pretty central

Cleanliness. I saw some food stained on the wall. Also, allowing some guest to swim with t-shirt is a bit inappropriate or uninviting.
