The view from the room and balcony was amazing as the apartments are only from the 17th to 19th storey. You will not get poor views. The surrounding had plenty of food choices. The room was spacious and amazing. It was pretty clean, will return again!

This is really pulling things out as nothing really irked us in particular. Only in parts of the room/toilet, there needs to be some renovation or upgrades work to be done. But overall, it was still amazing. I don't expect 100%, thus it is good enough.

Location is very good. Above the One North metro and close to INSEAD.Access from inside the mall is one positive.

I stayed here previously. But the room allotted to me this time had a hard bed mattress. Otherwise the stay was good.

Location, lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the university and the hospital and the park. However, far away from shopping and downtown. Accessable to Subway station.

The bed, outdated furniture and kitchen ware.Very smal room up and down. Couch down is very small.

We had a great stay and really liked the amount of space that we had. The property looks rather tired compared to our last stay there almost 10 years ago.

- the room was very comfortable- nice and modern decor- housekeeping was exceptional - the outdoor gym concept is good- lots of good food around the area with some until late night- supermarket directly downstairs- usually quiet with the exception that there were some construction going on during my stay so there was the occasional hacking

Very spacious unit, friendly staff, comfortable bed, electric blinds upstairs, balcony, washer/dryer, provided a cot and baby chair for us

Cockroaches appearing occasionally, the rooms are a little tired and due for refurbishing

I like the location. Entrance to the metro from hotel, but same time you can’t hear noise of metro at all.

MRT in same building. 3 floors of eateries in same building. 2 bathrooms in loft apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were upgraded to a one-bedroom executive loft with two bathrooms. Although some distance from the centre of Singapore it was close to public transport, groceries and eateries

Rude staff at check inMis communication at booking about having rollaway bed for our child. Then to be told we had to pay $90 per night for this! We refused and she ended having to sleep on something barely passable as a couch.Two dead cockroaches found in the apartment

Room was absolutely value for money! Location was fantastic being right above One North MRT station and it had a good food court/restaurant options in the mall below.

Too many shallow steps in the unit. Bathrooms are small and not clean.Coffee table is so low and not practical to use.The facility is not maintained well.

This is our third time back at Citadines Fusionopolis (Premier room) as it has just what we needed for our travels with a young toddler in tow - MRT, grocery store and food options directly below, and more stores in the adjacent building. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating as always (and it’s always nice to see some familiar faces again, Ben & Tasha) - made it feel like a home away from home. Their kitchen is well equipped and the washer-dryer unit (the white samsung model) works a dream - it’s so quiet, almost silent, compared to other models I’ve used at other properties, which is a big plus as it allows me to do laundry while my toddler is asleep. The view from the room is nice, which is a bonus. I’ve noticed that there were a fair bit of patchworks done to the room which fixed some of the issues we experienced on our last stay (some water leaking from the shower, etc). Whilst it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it shows that the property addresses and puts measures in place to rectify these issues. We happened to be there for the Lion Dance performance during Chinese New Year, which our toddler was thrilled to watch.

The position of the shower head holder for both showers aren’t adjustable in the room we got this time round so we had to hold on to the shower head ourselves instead. House keeping lady was ok - she would miss some spots here and there. We’ve had better ones during our previous stays.

The location of the hotel: 5 min walk to my office … and the convenience of the MRT just under to commute over Singapore. Also good eateries around during the week. The apartment is big for Singapore' standard and the view on the SG Skyline was amazing.

The only negative point is that the bed is very hard … had the feeling to sleep on a board!
