This place is an incredible value for money! The room itself was clean and convenient. The location is fantastic with many shops and restaurants and a walking distance from major attractions. Hotel employees were super helpful and responsive.

The location of the hotel is exceptional good - it's very convenient to a lot of the places nearby and very close to lots of transportation hubs. The room is not big but is very clean and cute. It has all the amenities that you need - it has a small kitchen that you can heat up some food. Shower was very good too. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Singapore!

If you want to check in earlier I would recommend communicating with them well ahead of time because it took them a while to respond. There was no lobby so they would just ask you to leave your bag by the elevator. The place also has constructions ongoing right now which I was not aware of but it seems like it was communicated somewhere else.

Good location, accommodating staff, clean room

Although apprehensive about the digital sign in, especially when arriving for the first time, the Heritage people could not have been more helpful, their communication was excellent, both then and throughout my stay. As a solo traveler the accommodation was more than acceptable for the 4 nights I was there, had I been staying longer, or with someone else, I would have needed somewhere larger and with proper cooking facilities. The location, very close to Raffles, was superb, almost everything I wanted to see was within walking distance and the nearest public transport facilities were also very close by, making access to and from the airport in particular, fairly painless. It was excellent value for money, the fact that I could leave luggage with them to look after on my day of leaving was indicative of how helpful Davina, Jean and their colleagues were.

There was occasional noise from outside which you would expect from a very central city location, nothing that Heritage could do about it and I was advised in advance that this might occur.

The Seah Street location besides being central, it is also well served by lots of local, and quite frankly, popular eateries such as Jin Jin Hainan Chicken Rice, Garibaldi Italian fine dining restuarant, Treasure Toast - well known for their fried Hokkien prawn mee and Kaya toast breakfast, YY cafe for their kaya toast breakfast, all on Purvis Street, which runs parallel to Seah Street. On Seah Street itself, there's both Swee Kee as well as New Swee Kee Hainanese chicken rice. Raffles Hotel is directly across on Seah Street so easy access to their Long Bar. Bras Basah Complex for their books and arts & craft stores, the National Library headquarters and Bugis Junction shopping mall. Literally a 5 minutes walk to MRT stations that serves the Northsouth line, the Eastwest line, the Circle line as well as the Downtown line. Special mention to Divina who manages the Seah Street property, she was really helpful during the duration of the stay. Belle too, their digital concierge was on hand to resolve any issues instantly we had with the digital key outside of normal daylight hours! Thank you!

Nothing comes to mind! There's a pub directly below the property so getting a pint after work, especially on the weekend was great!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff, especially Divina, Ryan and Belle. They were very friendly, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. they require an app on my phone that accesses all information on the phone. additionally, they do not respect requests to remove data nor do they offer a web site rather than an app (as most hotels with apps do)

if they had the ability to understand I will not give companies access to my phone - I use booking.com, not the booking app. that they won't respect requests to remove data and insist on using MY phone for THEIR business is unacceptable. filing dispute here and if that won't work, with credit card. I had to pay for another booking for my time in singapore

Our room was very clean and the premises is overall very well maintained. We didn't expect a fridge and microwave as part of the amenities, we loved that. The laundry facilities were icing on the cake for us after two weeks travel, they even provided laundry soap! The location was perfect as we were only a walking distance away from many of the sites and convenience stores, malls and eateries. Divina was amazing (10/10), she welcomed us and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. The response rate by the concierge team was amazing!

It would have been great to have softer seats or a small couch in the seating/kitchenette area.

Clean and near MRT and bus stop. Convience to go around at spore. Beside that their staff stella, devina and yani is very friendly to ensure your staff comfortable and they very helpful to assist you for early check in to store your luggage.

The location of the hotel is great.

If you'd like to experiment with a digital concierge experience, this place may suit you, but it wasn’t ideal for me. You must download a separate app and enter the room using your phone, which I find inconvenient.I requested an early check-in and arrived in the early morning, but still received the room only at 14:58, likely the very last one available.The room itself is quite small. The ceiling above the bed is low, so be careful with your head, I bumped mine several times. The shower is also not standard size; it’s extremely small (approximately 50cm by 50cm : see the photo). This isn’t acceptable in my opinion.

The hotel is very convenient, and the location is great! Everything was super clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Stella, Divina, and Belle. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was central for public transport and easy walking. Upgraded to Heritage on Purvis. Loads of space.

Virtual key didn’t work upon arrival.Toilet was very cramped. Not much leg room.
