KINN Capsule: HER Space (Female Only)

Good location, clean space, and friendly staff.The place is close to both the MRT and bus stop, which made moving around easy.There are plenty of food options nearby, so the area feels lively.I stayed on the 4th floor, and it was not noisy at all.

At times, the washroom drains had hair and some clothes were left behind, though this was not the staff’s fault since they cleaned the washrooms many times a day.I was mostly out, leaving early in the morning and returning late at night throughout my stay.

Location was convenient

It markets as a female only space BUT IT’S NOTA MALE entered the dorm WITHOUT knocking or any other notice, WHILE I WAS CHANGING my clothes, claiming himself as the housekeeper when I found out. But it was 9:50am in the morning and there were at least three other girls in the dorm.The supposed check out time is 11am, I don’t see the reason why he had to enter the dorm at that time, when there are female guests inside❓Whats more ridiculous is when I found out about him and questioned him, he acted like it was nothing… . I HAD TO URGE him out of the room before he finally left. Also when I complained about this when checkout, the female staff told me it was normal because this used to be a mix dorm?‍♀️ Regardless of what kind of form it was before, now that you market it as a 'female-only' space, why aren't you delivering what you advertised?Please every female guest, avoid this hostel if you are really looking for a FEMALE ONLY SPACE. ?

The place is nice for a one or two nights. Wonderfull location.

Is a little bit confusing about the location of common services like showers. Needed a map.

The aesthetic and location were great and lovely light bites in the morning.

The loud music from bar next door until 4am every night

Great location, friendly staff, a good and safe place for women of every age, great to see all in the hall together for breakfast and during the day. Breakfast (coffee-based, no tea available + some sweet& savoury) was complimentary (at least during my stay).

The place could be cleaner (slippers abandoned in the dorms and outside for three days; not very cared for in the bathrooms; the hall floor was full of hair); no common fridge, in such temperatures is a problem; the equipment in the capsule and bathrooms is rather poor (really basic, compared to other capsules is not standardized).

Nice female only and so clean and location is perfect

Excellent location near Chinatown, everything was so close. Very modern interior, they did put me in a room where the lights kept blinking but I was moved swiftly. Facilities were amazing and you can use a working space at their other property nearby. Clean facilities, shower was great. They also provided free breakfast which was a lovely touch. Shoutout to Sanjay for showing me around, good luck with your property expansion!

The bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Free coffee and bread for breakfast.

Shower and toilet areas are not very clean and not air conditioned. No proper ventilation. Too hot to be drying your hair with a hair dryer after shower. Given the humidity in Singapore, it should be air-conditioned with a dehumidifier. One of the bathroom doors slams loud despite having a soft closure hinge - closes slowly, then suddenly slams disrupting sleep.

The capsule property I stayed at in Singapore was quiet, super clean, and very well located. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the other guests were lovely — really good vibes all around.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, its perfect for SOLO female, cleaniness of the capsule and the toilet its maintain well. I feel safe too staying there. Water dispenser with hot water, warm and cold its the best, I need my refills. Great location in the city, close to seveal MRTs and just by walking you can explore nearby areas too.

The only complain I would say its I still get to hear some of the noises from the pubs/restaurant behind, but its nothing too loud, not the best but i still manage to get my sleep.

The dorm rooms were kept super cold

The beds were comfortable. There was space to leave a big luggages, next to the lockers, not in front of the beds. The sockets right next to the bed were adapter for European devices, there were also USB sockets.

Breakfast was really nothing special, that's why I didn't eat there. There were no glasses/mugs available in the kitchen (or at least I didn't find them). Hostel's decor was quite minimalistic.

No hooks in bathroom to hang toiletry bag or a bench to set things on. Need more hangers if want to air dry clothes. Noisy at night due to night club nearby by playing loud music, they should provide ear plus. Need benches in dormitory to set things on. Property is outdated

Clean , 1st floor, Ground floor, oil gift

The location is great, walking distance to all the main places and with lots of food options nearby. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms were usually clean.

It’s quite noisy outside, but not the property’s fault of course - there are bars with music until very late and there was construction work being done from early morning.

By far the most comfortable hostel I’ve ever stayed at, with complete facilities and lovely staff. Excellent location, too — close to the MRT and plenty of restaurants. Will definitely book again if I return to Singapore.

I had the opportunity to stay for one night in a girls-only capsule and I found the size of the room abd the capsule itself to be quite generous and acceptable, the matress was confortable and the room temperature great, AC works perfectly. I moved for the rest of my stay to a private room with king size bed, room was spacious and had a little table with a chair and mirror.

the capsule's privacy shade is not so private, because is semi-transparent, so when you're inside the capsule with the lights on, whoever passes by can look at you, and that's uncomfortable because then the space is no longer private.the private room C11 was quite run down, lots of dirt stains on the wall, the carpet looked old, and the bed wasn't very conformable. breakfast super basic, I didn't likeI think you shold provide two towels, one to dry your body and a second smaller one, for when you come ouyt of the shower to dry your feet and dandals, otherwise poeple walk with wet feet and the floor becomes slippery.

It was clean, small breakfast has variety, bathroom was always clean, they provide filtered water and instant coffee

The location is great, and the price is also good.

The rooms are not very well ventilated and hot, so I did not sleep very well.Next to that, if you stay in the first floor room, you always need to walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the bathroom through the reception, which is super inconvenient and annoying. The common room is not really suitable to work or stay there for a longer time, there are no power plugs in the common area so it is impossible to work.
