Room is far from elevator

We had an executive loft with a balcony and it was wonderful. Same level as pool. Apartment location was central to everything we wanted to see in Singapore, and the apartment was great. Definitely check out both the 17th floor gardens and the fabulous rooftop view on 51!

Nothing… we had an executive late flight and they held our bags for us. It was a but more expensive, but then again, it is Singapore where prices align more with US pricing.

Good location and the units were nice, clean and modern.

Convenient location and helpful staff

Room was very small, but adequate for a one-night stay.

The location was excellent to Raffles MRT

The air conditioning was a real problem. The room had an awful smell. The staff provided two moisture absorber dehumidifier cups but it did nothing. Two days later they sent survey and I mentioned the smell of the AC. They provided an electric dehumidifier and it made such a difference. We were emptying it twice a day with about 5 litres of water each time.I’m not sure how other guests found their tins but I heard one asking about the AC. I think they need to address this. For 4 nights out of the 9 we had to deal with this issue. But we did appreciate the dehumidifier. I think the hotel were aware of this problem! It is not “Singapore is so humid” issue. Fix the AC!

Clean and more like a modern style hotel.

The room house keeping cleaning schedule is odd. Only once in two days. If you end up skip a day or slip a day of cleaning, you end up with one cleaning in three days. That is unacceptable to some customers. A very non flexible house keeping schedule. Some room for improvement?

Modern hotel in a good location. Has access to the 51st floor observation desk. Convenient pick up and drop off.

Room little bit small but its Singapore .

Great location! Hotel facilities were very nice (gym, pool, observation decks, rooftop garden and views of city). Easy access to nearby Lau Pa Sat hawker center, raffles place metro and walking distances to Chinatown and Merlion.

Location is unbeatable. Apartment has all necessary facilities, very functional. Will book this place again in my next trip to SGP.

Minor issue : The air-con in our unit has sound which made it difficult to sleep at night. Though the cleaning service is referred to as non-daily, we think if the property can provide daily, it will be awesome.

Facilities like the kitchenette and starbucks self service kiosk made our stay feel like home. Close proximity to MRT station， hawker centre and boat quay restaurants was a big plus. Free access to 51st floor sky garden was a big bonus too.

Not really a hotel but was in a good location for sightseeing, food tripping and shopping.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. When we checked out, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage for a short time. The staff told us to keep it on the first floor, but there was no lock or secure area available there.By mistake, we locked our luggage and later asked the staff for help to open it. However, we were informed that there would be a penalty charge of around SGD 23. We were quite surprised by this, as we believe the hotel should be able to assist guests with luggage storage and related issues without an additional fee.We hope the hotel can consider improving its luggage storage service and customer support for future guests.

The location was great. Right in the heart of singapore.

Mattress on floor is difficult for older people. Couch in sitting room was fairly uncomfortable.

Great location right in the heart of the CBD. Very clean facility and the staff was friendly.

The bed was a bit firm and the room ac turns off automatically when you leave the room.

Staff, location, overall feel of the facilities. The gym was very good as well.

Loved everything except for the fact that my room smelled overwhelmingly musty due to the moisture in the air. The staff was very kind and gave me a dehumidifier, which over the course of 3 days, helped clear up the smell, but the first 3 days I felt a bit ill while in the room. The issue seemed isolated to my room, as my colleague who was staying on the floor below, had a room that did not smell musty at all.

Good location, mini kitchenette with essential. Near good spots to eat and easy access. Room suitable. There’s also amenities to use for washing and drying clothes that we’ve used.

On my first night, when I opened the bed, I noticed a large stain near the pillows that looked like blood which hadn’t been properly cleaned. Since it was dinner time, there was no cleaning staff available, so the only solution was for me to make the bed myself after they provided a clean sheet. I ended up placing the clean sheet on top of the stained one, and the next day the housekeeping team made the bed properly. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Beside that all things were good !

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was quite good. There was one thing that was lacking - see below.

The receptionist told me that my room will be cleaned every other day. On the next day, the cleaning staff came over only around 5:30 PM. I asked them if they could come on the next day. They did not.

Nice view, nice amenities, comfortable beds, room size is decent. Close to the touristy spots in the city. They have the best shampoo and conditioner I found in hotels, left my hair like silk!
