Good location and walking distance around town..

Smart TV didnt have app. Soo can't stream you tube.

Great location! Not too far from an MRT station! There is a shopping mall and laundromat within walking distance! Big and modern room!

Not that I can think of!

The rooms are big and spacious. We slept so well since it was so quiet. Just few minutes away from Marina Bay, Sentosa and Chinatown. If we come back to Singapore will surely book again here. The staffs are friendly and courteous too.

the pool and size of the room, the availability of towels in the swimming pool area, that concierge sorted my cab to my next hotel, the bath was lovely, check-in/out was easy

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff

Upgrading my room to club floor and benefits. Good location for bus station to chinatown, lau Pa Sat street and Tan jong 24 hours market and way to Sentosa.

Not good from airport or MBS by public transportation(bus, metro)

The hotel has a good location.

Check-in was extremely slow, with constant lines of people, and the staff at the front desk were definitely not professional. There was also confusion over whether my breakfast was included, and I had to show my reservation before they confirmed it. Early check-in is not possible, so if you have an early flight, don’t expect your room before 3 PM, which felt strange for such a large hotel. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and it was very difficult to arrange an early “breakfast-to-go,” even though providing a breakfast box for early flights is a normal procedure at most hotels. Only the concierge helped us get a small breakfast before our flight, which included just a croissant, a small apple, and a small yogurt - definitely not worth the breakfast price. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a renovation.

I appreciated the variety at breakfast. My vegetarian coworker also found plenty of option she enjoyed. The hotel room was spacious and clean, which I really enjoyed.

unlike other hotels i stayed, the hotel didn't offer any complimentary canned drinks or snacks in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the air-con was difficult to control - even after raising the temperature, the room remained too cold. I had to keep switching it off and on to stay comfortable. I noticed my coworker experienced the same issue with the room temperature.

The location is good and the staff are very approachable.

We stayed at Room 2201 and the directly above us was noise during night time from who knew what it was. Was it from another room or some maintenance activities. My goodness! It was very annoying.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and good.

We tried the hotpot and it wasn't great. The desserts were not topped up and although we were one of few tables, we were not late for the dinner but they did not top up the desserts after another large table had practically finished all that was there.

The room is spacious but with that high price, it should come with free breakfast.

The AC. Even though we turned off the AC yet it is still cold from outside of the room AC.

Far too busy , paid for 5 days breakfast and was unable to get in once . Waste of money if you ha e schedules.

That they overcharged me once I arrived and withdrew pre-authorization from my account and still did not refund me. Unacceptable
