Everything was efficient from check-in to check-out, and room service was prompt and excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything and very convenient for getting around.

The hotel was very central, above an MRT so easy to get around. Shopping centre below, loads of food options. The pool was lovely! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the robots at the hotel was my daughter's favourite part.

Great location, great buffet, fabulous pool deck, fantastic New Years Eve party! Excellent hotel! Would definitely stay there again!

I dont like the smell of soap and shampoo. Please change it to nice smell soap, like the soap and shampoo at The Fullerton Hotel Australia.

Bathroom lacks privacy, although the toilet is enclosed, the enclosure is all glass and sound travels through the room. The shower is not enclosed so full exposure when exiting the shower.

Fabulous location with food in the mall below the hotel and the subway station/bus stop. Very clean and comfortable.

Our room was generously sized and well maintained, with attentive daily housekeeping that kept everything feeling fresh and comfortable.We tried the buffet breakfast once—while it’s on the pricey side, the selection was extensive and well done. On other mornings, we enjoyed popping into the pastry and coffee shops right next door, which offered great alternatives.

Snafu at checkin - we had email confirmation from JEN confirming our paid early checkin--however when we arrived after 17 hour flight the early check in was not noted on our reservation. This was disappointing and did not make a food first impression. After the staff reviewed the email confirmation, that did their best to accomodate us.

Beautiful roof top pool area, absolutely stunning views over the city and Marina Bay Sands! Easy location with direct access to the MRT and two local shopping malls. Very well organised hotel and extremely friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We selected it due to the pool and weren't disappointed!

Nice room, great pool, bar area and view, exec rooms get access to daily 5.30 to 7.30pm free wine, beer, drinks, cappuccino etc., and light hot buffet (snacks, hors d'oeuvres). We paid a small supplement to upgrade from our originally booked room. Main lobby is on 10th floor. Metro station is SOMERSET (hotel is directly above metro/shopping area of Orchardgate; note Somerset is one stop further along the red metro line than Orchard).

Hotel accommodations were amazing. Having an infinity pool on the top floor is definitely a treat and bonus. We were able to take advantage of the pickleball court the last morning too.

Wish there was some more options for cheaper a la carte breakfast. The buffet was spectacular, but as vegan/ vegetarians , its seems we are always over paying.

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. Easy to ride the transit everywhere. The rooftop pool is so lovely. We were there for New Years and enjoyed the view of the fireworks from up there with a live band.

Great location, nice breakfast at a contemporary facility. Easy access to public transportation and close proximity to Orchard road with many shopping options.

Seems to be a preferred hotel for family which means lots of kids running around and making noises. May disturb light sleepers and adults

The staff was always available and kind, We have really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the facility in general. Everyday the room was thoroughly cleaned and refilled of all the amenities.The breakfast was extremely good and varied with options for everyone. It was so abundant that we skipped lunch almost everyday. On our early check out day, the staff provided 2 lunchbox with the breakfast to go with both savory and sweet foods.The pool is relaxing and clean and we have always found a sunbed.The location is extremely good: for all our trips around the city there was always a direct bus within 2min walk from the hotel, even to farther point of interests such as Sentosa or Venus Walk.
