it was modern but noisy and confusing! The entry to the hotel was small and hard to recognize. Which was inconvenient! The front desk staff were not all knowledgeable! Some were not friendly or helpful.

The bathroom deco was not ideal, and the hotel was below the Citadine standard. will not book again! And not recommended.

Great apartment in a good location in Singapore. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well equipped and also had a pool which was a bonus. We had an issue with the vending machine while we were there but the staff were responsive and helpful and sorted out the problem for us after we left. I would happily stay there again.

The staff at the reception (3 floor) greet you with a smile, are polite, respectful and helpful. The room is just on like the pictures. Good size, clean and the mattress are comfortable. There are 2 metro stations and bus stops nearby. So very easy to get around. Close to numbers of restaurants and a Starbuck down stairs. The pool is nice and large.There is a big project of road construction in front 24/7, but if you have earplugs you will sleep like a baby, like us. (January 2026)The people who rates this hotel a 1 or 2 stars are just frustrated or they just want to lower the results of the review. Don’t believe them.

1- The water of the pool is cold. Too refreshing to go in, (for many people) but being from Canada we went every day and enjoyed it.2- We were on the 7th floor and I don’t know why but we never got hot water in the shower, only lukewarm even after 15 minutes.

The hotel is not bad for the price, the staff is incredible friendly and nice especially the girls at the reception were wonderful (especially at check in). They have a laundry room which was clean and it cost $9 for one load wash (dryer costs another $9). The kitchen has everything one needed, bathroom was very simple and tiny. But the room was okey and good value for money

The location is not so great, its quite an unpleasant walk either you have curry smell from little India or you have a huge construction and big road. By car its okey and easy to book grab.The worst about the hotel residence is that there is no bellman, never seen in my life a hotel with no bellman.. and there are so many reviews of people complaining about that issue and the hotel response is making excuses instead of owning up. Just say you are stingy to pay for more staff and thats all. Because of that I give 7 and not 8 rating as I had to carry all my suitcases and flowers and golfbag alone. And the elevators are a catastrophe, firstly you have to change elevators at lobby level and then the doors close within seconds plus the door outside has button to open but its covered so you need two hands. And the doors of the room have no stopper so as they are heavy they close automatically while one tries to take the bags out. I would not recommend that hotel for anyone with luggage. Pillows are 1 meter hight, def need a chiro after

The mini kitchenette was nice. Great shower. Strong AC. Solid security with passkey to access floor. And loved the self service luggage storage - it was brilliant Great laundry room and enjoyed the ice machine too

The location was super! Little India is terrific. It was an easy walk to two metro lines and multiple bus stops. I enjoyed having a studio with a kitchenette that allowed me to prepare some of my meals. The kitchenette was well provisioned with dishware, cutlery, a pot, and a small frying pan. The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Reception and housekeeping staff were excellent, too.

The studio was smaller than I expected. The fridge malfunctioned and froze all of my food, some of which had to be tossed. I had to ask twice to get it replaced.

A very clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Includes all the facilities such as a nice swimming pool and laundry facilities. Close proximity to Little India.

A very well located hotel to two MRT stations on the 'blue' Downtown line. The rooms are spacious by Singapore standards and the facilities are excellent. Pay-for-use washing machines and driers, a common kitchen and large fridge space - with water filter and ice making facilities. The pool is a great size and lovely to use, though the pool area is very short on seating. Check in was a breeze both times we stayed (this was a repeat visit).

The self-service luggage area is undersized and not at all secure. The door to the room has no code access, so anyone from on the street could access the space and unzip luggage and take belongings. I think this aspect of the self-service luggage service needs to be looked at. It was insufficiently sized for the amount of luggage in it and the shelving didn't allow for medium sized suitcases or bags (height of shelving or depth) and there was very limited space for large suitcases. In the end, we left our suitcases there unlocked to the shelving unit - we had no other option.

Construction outside, but that has nothing to do with the property of course, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff surely made up for that

Internet is a joke, even when you join ASR ( which it advises you do as you will get faster internet ) I was struggling to get 1.5Mbps, that's just patheticSo it is not fair on all the staff that do such an amazing job to then be let down by whomever is in charge of the IT and internet, to allow that as being an acceptable internet connection speeddo better

Breakfast N/A. We got breakfast from the wonderful hawker market across the street. The location was excellent. The gym and the pool were both great. The staff were fine. It was great to have a washing machine in the room.

Extra bedding was not ready as agreed upon arrival for my child. The couch my child slept on was not clean upon arrival. The apartment was just fine, quite small and basic.

Property is well Located with the Bus and train service right across the street, and with lot of food options available in and around the property.

The downside is that the room service happens once in every two days and that too as per the planned schedule. For instance, we checked into the room on Friday and the room service happened only on Monday. Also, We thought the room would be a little bigger in size looking at the photos. I think the Room Service has to be planned better and a atleast one bellboy would have made a lot of difference too. Carrying lot of luggage after a tedious flight is a bit tedious task

Was too expensive for what we received. The area was not the best. The pool was nothing like in the pictures. I have stayed in Singapore and for the price was much lower quality.

Loved our stay here. Luxurious yet affordable. Clean rooms with all the facilities you could possibly need. Close to the underground station so getting around was a breeze. Easy check in and check out process, free WiFi, the lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Gym is very small but didn't even use it for the short time we were there so can't complain!
